The only reason I put the atmosphere at 3 was because it’s never full and I don’t understand why. The service is extremely friendly, the food is always up to Carls Jr standards. And the place is always clean. Should be a lot more lively than it is.

We are going to the drive-thru before and made an order that was not exactly correct when we got it
I spoke to the manager Alicia she made sure I order was done right the next time we came in and she really took excellent care of us. We will definitely be coming back

Not a great experience. The order took longer than it should have for a fast-food stop, and the food came out lukewarm. My burger tasted like it had been sitting a while, the fries were limp, and the drink station was messy. I also had to double-check the order because an item was missing at first. Staff wasn’t rude, but they didn’t seem organized or in a hurry to fix issues. I’d skip this spot next time.
