I had a great experience in Akron, Ohio. The same company there was great and this one was no different. You have the menu above the cashier and if you have any questions about the menu they are more than willing to help out. If your having a gathering or in the need to feed a large group of people. They have food for just the occasion. If your looking for a quick meal they will make it on the spot. The sandwich I tried was fresh. It wasn’t heated up in a microwave. I didn’t try there pie, I’m sure it taste as good as their hot food. Payment here will be in the form or cash or credit card. There plenty of parking in the front.

Terrible place to deal with. Went in to try to get a meal and was told that you have to call ahead which is fine. Didn’t know about it but the person that told us we had to do that was very rude about it so we placed the order for the next day. Went to pick it up. My wife was told that she could get au gratin potatoes out of the freezer when she got there to pick up the turkey pot pie and when we got there to pick up the meal, there was no au gratin potatoes. As a matter of fact, it was very little in the freezer. Do not recommend coming back to this place. Nobody there seems to care about their job.

I picked up my order today. The staff was so kind and professional helping me rearrange some things as my party size had changed. The gentlemen even offered to help get it to my car since I had my baby with me! Exceptional service and attitudes by all the staff I interacted with! Very impressed!

Currently eating this while writing this, the sandwich is very very savory sweet ham, bread soft, meat on top and bottom veggies in the middle I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch 10 ⭐️’s with potato salad I mean it’s not that bad but when you’re ethnic you yk yk haha just add salt n pepper you will be alright other than that everything is very good. I also order the Cheesecake Sampler ToGo so far everyone loves the cheesecake they all look delicious.

Amidst a long and hard work day I decided to try The Honey Baked Ham Company for the very first time. I was happy to discover that the Garden Salad I ordered was just what I needed. It’s going to be just the fuel i need to get through the day. When I do decide to place an order in the future I would most definitely order this again. All of the ingredients were fresh tasting and in a generous portion size.

I oreder my sliders and went next door as i walked back in the restaurant to pick up sliders employer was working in them and then I saw him eat some of the ham. A lady was waiting to order so he stop with my sliders and took her order with gloves on and then went back to my sliders and was gon a finish them I ask if he could change his gloves he said sure with a my sigh . By the way had long hair and no hair net. I won’t be back. 3 sliders for over $10.00 and employee eats some of my ham. Not cool.

But bad customer service ruins the experience at this location. 3 cashiers were chit-chatting, and sharing 1 single register, only helping 1 person in line at a time.
Why not split up and run 2 registers so the customers can be served faster?
Absolutely ridiculous and they wasted my whole break.
Avoid this location unless you have all day to wait, because the employees have no hustle.

I ordered through the doordash app. I ordered 2 Tavern club sandwiches on the croissant, add pickles to one of them. They were both made incorrectly. Neither of them came on the croissant and neither of them had pickles. Very disappointing. The sandwich was still good, just not how I ordered it. It seems like every time I order for delivery, something comes wrong. Last time I ordered potato salad and instead they gave me chips….this time they were on the wrong bread and didn’t have pickles. When I spend over $13 for a sandwich not including tax, delivery, and tip…. ordering thru a delivery service….I want my food to come correctly. It’s not like I can go up there to get it corrected as I’m at work….which is the purpose for having it delivered.

Do NOT order your ham online for delivery to your home it is such a rip off. When you order online for pickup in store it estimates for a bone in quarter ham a 4lb- 4.99lb to roughly be $56.21 serves up to 6. Or a 5lb-5.99lb to roughly be $68.70 serves up to 7. When you place your order online it doesn’t specify a weight but says serves up to 6 so I would assume it to be between 4 to 4.99lb. I got my ham today and it weighs 3.8lbs FOR $80 ARE YOUR SERIOUS! I call corporate and they tell me there’s nothing they can do, can’t transfer me to a supervisor that I have to go online and fill out a contact us section on there page which I did. But I called the store to get a price estimate and they told me a 4lb ham would have cost my roughly $50 and I got charged $80 not including the shipping for a 3.8lb ham. Ridiculous I’ve been coming to honey baked ham for over 30 years, this is just such a rip off.
