Went to this establishment guy who took my payment . Ignored me when i asked how his day was after asking repeatedly if he was ok and getting no answer dropped my card on the ground was rude very unprofessional after reporting it to the manager “Taylor” who was unfazed and said “that’s an entirely different issue i will talk with him later” i than asked for a refund . I’m not spending any money at an establishment that treats customers with brazen disrespect. I was afraid they’d spit in my food. I drove across town it was worth it other Burger Kings are friendly and don’t let bad employees get away with treating customers so poorly. Would’ve given no stars but that option was not available. Avoid this location they do not care from the management to the employees about good customer service AVOID!!

Very rude behaviour by the girl who takes order at the drive thru. I went there last night for a drive thru order and the girl behaved so rudely stating that “Didn’t you hear I am not taking the order anymore?” The attitude was so rude that we left the place immediately and went to Mcdonalds. Totally not recommended.

Food was great as always, but service was lacking, first No greeting at window at all handed drinks without a word, a few minutes later came back and said pull by the can. Waited over 19 minutes for a app preorder. Employee that brought food out was friendly.

This is super disappointing. I only asked for extra sauce cause sometimes there really isn’t enough on the sandwich, but this is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. Super helpful staff! It’s not a guarantee at a fast food chain to be treated kindly, so I appreciate the help that was given. Delicious, hot food! They were pretty busy, but still got the food out quick and made no mistakes. Great location!

Worse service ever the guy doing the orders was mumbling could barely understand him acting as if he hated his job I even asked him are you alright maybe putting a little positive energy in your voice would help and he looked at us like we were crazy I won’t come to this location anymore. We ordered online for pick-up. I was greeted at the window and given my drinks. I was asked to pull forward as the onion rings on our order were not out of the fryer. I waited a few minutes and a gentleman came out with my food.
Once I got home, we realized that we were missing a burger, no sauces, AND the onion rings I waited patiently for, were NOT IN THE BAG! So we are now out several times of our order and the manager we talked to on the phone told us to get free food the next time we come in. I’m curious how that works as the only person who would know that our order was incorrect to get the free food would be the manager who answered our phone call. We then proceeded to get help rectifying this online and they told us they would give us a $15 coupon for our next visit. This was unacceptable as we don’t eat fast food very often. I would think it would be easier to just refund our missing items so we can move on from this.

Ordered my food thru doordash at 1021 bk closed at 11. Somehow after I waited for 45 minutes doordash sends an email after I was notified my driver was waiting for my food that they were closed and my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Odd. $15 an hour huh.
