They have lost my business. Placed a mobile order, get there and the drive through is 7 deep to order. Go inside and there is an employee standing in the line “waiting”, after two other potential customers walk out, and now 20 minutes trying to pick up “fast food”, I walk out….go to the pickup window and ask for the order. They say no, you need to go through the drive through….great job.

We got 26 dollars worth of food four of our five sandwiches were supposed to have tomatoes they ran out of tomatoes, I got bacon on my burger and chicken sandwich they both only had a half piece of bacon. So disappointed.

My experience with this location is every time we go there something is made wrong. Don’t get me wrong my family is picky and like their food how they like it ya know. So this last trip all the food was right but I was treated like I was some kind of liar because I called after I got home and told them my burger was barely cooked so now I’m posting what the baconator looked like and let whoever decided who the liar is not happy with this place at all

I placed a fairly large mobile order a few miles down the road right around supper time. We waited just a little while for our order and watched them working on several orders at once. It was obvious they were very busy, but everyone had a great attitude. Our order was processed correctly, and we had no complaints. Great job, and thank you!

Although my order was wrong, the food was fresh and hot. My biggest complaint was the manager(?) bickering with the staff loud enough to hear in the dining room. Things like complaining she had to get change for the register. Definitely gave off awkward vibes and made me uncomfortable on behalf of the cashier just trying to do his job. He was very sweet and professional, btw! And the bathrooms were icky! I’m talking poo splattered all over the toilets and filled with toilet paper. Run your team how you want, that’s your right, but maybe not loud enough for customers to hear everything you say. Thanks for the good food tho.
