This is an update regarding my recent visit just the day before Veterans’ Day:
At around 1:06 PM, I stopped here to have lunch after dropping off a package at the post office downtown about a mile-and-a-half away. My order was 4-piece chicken tenders, Tangerine Twist lemonade, and a vanilla Frosty. The food was served fresh and looked great. I also went to buy myself a chocolate-chunk cookie on the way out.
Within a half hour after dining, as I was about to go shopping for a few things, I started to get the runs and had to stop what I was doing and drive home to go use the bathroom. Afterwards, I went on the company’s customer care form on their website to share my feedback about my recent dining experience, which I was positive some of the crew didn’t wash their hands before handling food.
Later at night, I received a response from this location’s GM “Susan” with a supposed apology and claiming a food borne illness generally takes around 2-6 hours to appear, which is a pretty bold claim she made to circumvent the reality of what actually happened. Truth be told, I didn’t get real sick, but just simply started getting the runs. This lady is clueless about what she was talking about, and I can easily tell her response was actually an insincere apology.
As a 35-year-old who was kid back in the 90s, I have enjoyed going to this Wendy’s for years and that it was the place to stop that’s closest to my dad’s office and we would eat out at this location every now and then; but based on the response I received from this location’s GM, I am very unlikely to return to this particular location at this point until action is taken. They need new management.

Been pretty much going to the same one since I was a kid. The only complaint I have is those salads have gotten way smaller and the price is not really worth it. Other than that I dont mind paying the prices for the other stuff.

I hadn’t had Wendy’s for years until August 11th 2025, we were extremely disappointed in the food we ordered, had 2 Baconator combos and a #1 double combo, the beef was old and didn’t taste good at all, fries were cold. Almost 60 dollars for 3 people to eat and when I called to complain they said there was nothing they could do. Needless to say we absolutely won’t eat here again and its sad because Wendy’s was one of my favorite places to get a burger and I also love Dave’s chili, the chili was the only thing that wasn’t bad when I came through last. I will say the service was decent but that dont make up for lousy food! What do they think people can’t tell they’re serving old burgers? They looked as if they were in a warmer the day b4 then refrigerated and reused Monday the 11th.

I finally tried a baconator on my birthday! Stupid diabetes and heart failure! It was good. I also had a baked potato and a side of chili. I think the fact that I didn’t take photos tells how much I liked my meal!

This is one of those locations that was quite disappointing.
The food was not great.
It was sloppily put together. The people who worked there were not very kind. I felt as if I was a burden. The dining room area was not clean, either.
