Other than keeping a check on tables been clean after customer leave a bit messy. This pace is one of my favorites place to grab lunch.. I got 3 meats combo plus drink ❤️ couldn’t finish it all but the beef soft. Chicken well grill and kaptu chicken

This has been the 3rd time that I have visited this location and the food has been horrible. Chicken Katsu was hard, Mac salad was to warm, ribs tasted weird, BBQ chicken was a little raw, the veggies over steamed, the rice was hard. Just overall has been a disappointing, the staff at the register is always on their phone and feels like they don’t even pay attention to you when ordering.

This was my first time ever trying Ono Hawaiin BBQ, and I am pleasantly surprised.
For $15, the Hawaii BBQ Platter & Crab Rangoons were enough to satisfy both my sister and I. We shared lunch and left full… and not that full for only an hour feeling; the rest of the night.
When my sister suggested the macaroni salad, I was skeptical, but it turned out to be a highlight, and I really enjoyed the sauce options to complement my teriyaki chicken & rice! Although I get major Chipotle and Panda Express vibes, the flavor certainly exceeded the price, so this will be one of my new fast food faves. #lovejonezin

The food was good, but I am disappointed with the short ribs. Is this really how they are? Big fat pieces of bone without much meat, and almost all fat? I have seen other ribs like these, and the bones aren’t as big and it has much more meat. To me, this is unacceptable and the cook needs to think of the customer and give the customer better options.
The mac salad to me was perfect. It did not have too much mayo like other places with a similar mac salad.
The chicken was moist and tasty. Just one recommendation I would make is that they cut the chicken into smaller pieces. It seems they leave bigger pieces in order to fill more of the plate and give less of it.
Overall, the food was good. The only thing is that they need to stop skimping out on the food. I understand that this might be a management issue, so I implore management to do better and stop thinking with their wallets.
