Must have been a bad morning, but no excuses for bad customers.Service the assistant manager and store manager had bad attitudes. The cook and the others had great attitude. The store was clean, I stood in LINE for about 5 minutes waiting patiently, I said hello, and then they had an attitude show choose your place to eat wisely.

Short staffed but really just an inconvenience more than anything. The men’s bathroom door is very difficult to shut. Food is as you can expect. Store is semi clean, as you might have to wipe your seat before sitting down.

This place welcomes you as soon as you walk in. Abass, Debbie, and their colleagues give warm hello’s when you walk in. The store is extremely clean and offers great deals on their app if you use it. I would recommend coming here and will definitely be back.

The drive-through microphone made it hard to hear each other, leading to some communication difficulties. Unfortunately, on the first attempt, the order was made wrong, but then corrected. Overall okay experience.

Ordered a Banana Split, I asked for ex. Fudge and it took to long Bananas weren’t even lined up. Honestly I gave my order to a young man who didn’t even know how to make them. When someone who knew what they were doing should have made it, should have showed him how instead of letting him wing it. The manager passed it off on him to fix than got upset because he was taking so long.

This location is always extremely clean. I’ve never had to send my order back to be remade. The food is always freshly made and hot, unless it’s ice cream in which case it’s always prepared when I order with speed. The employees are always friendly and polite. I go to this location at least once a week, most of the time I go 2 or 3 times and have never been let down. I recommend this location to friends and family CONSTANTLY and the ones that go are always well pleased.
