Me and my bestie stopped in for a quick Friday happy hour at The Cheesecake Factory, and Jade made it an amazing experience! She was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and brought such positive energy to our table. Jade was extremely knowledgeable and knew the menu front and back, which made ordering quick and easy. After hearing that she worked in the to-go area prior to serving, you can truly tell it made a huge impact—she’s definitely top notch.
The Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks — everything was fresh and flavorful! Her recommendations were perfect, and you can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service. This was honestly some of the best service I’ve ever received. Jade made us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!

Denarian was my server and was absolutely amazing. I loved him so much. He was very professional. He was fast, He was pleasant, He was personable and he really provided superb customer service. I wasn’t impressed with order of my entrée, but I love this beet and avocado salad.
It was so amazing and I really enjoyed the strawberry lemonade.
I stopped by for a quick bite to eat and kind of ended up at cheesecake factory, and didn’t expect it, but he really made it worthwhile.

We’ve eaten in many Cheesecake Factories in many states and this was one of the best meals we’ve had!
Add always I ordered the Classic burger and my wife ordered the chicken Bellagio.
My burger was cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. Massive, juicy, amazing flavour on the outside and plenty of melty cheese on top.
I’m not a fan of fries as I find them a bit boring so I got the green salad instead with ranch sauce. Big portion of fresh salad and perfect for taking breaks from eating the massive burger!
My wife’s chicken Bellagio was really good. Add always massive portion. Perfectly cooked pasta, plenty of sauce and a lot of lovely coated chicken.
The server was very efficient and friendly and can’t complain about anything at all.
Highly recommend this Cheesecake Factory!

Took my wife to the perimeter location 16 years ago and this one was just as good as that and our favorite in Hawaii. Sat at the bar had excellent service the coconut margarita will be seeing my wife and I again very soon. And one of the best chicken parms sandwiches I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of them

Our waiter Christian was fantastic. If you want top tier service ask for him you won’t regret it.
Otherwise, my $30 steak was about 7 bites. Good thing it came with a plate of French fries or I’d left there hungry. Even at 1130am on a weekday it took an unusually long time to get our food.
Expect delays or recalculate
The real star is the deserts, the cheesecakes. Sure, get a meal if you want, chances are it will cost you twice what’s it’s worth and take a very long time to get. Next time I’ll just stick to the deserts and some coffee. My past few experiences here have caused me to question if it’s worth it for anything other than desert.

We made reservations on my daughter’s birthday. The restaurant was really busy. Our waiter was very nice and took time to get our order correct. The food was not good, has no seasoning and very bland. At the end we enjoyed the day, had a piece of Cheese Cake and will live to eat again.

I did have to stand around for a few minutes before they seated me, which was a bit annoying. But the star of the show was the waiter who took our order was super cool and gave us some cool options on food. Honestly, the wait time was completely forgotten once the food arrived, it was so delicious. I’d happily go back again, even with the initial wait!

To start, barely any wait time, less than 10 minutes. Ramon was our bartender/server who was wonderful. There were 4 of us and we all enjoyed everything. The crab dip was the best. I had the Georgia and it did not disappoint. My main course, the chicken madeira is one of the most popular dishes and I found out why. It was sweet and a little spicy, just delicious. And the cheesecake, well I wish I had gotten a whole one! The white chocolate raspberry and the red velvet were both amazing. The mac n cheese was not a favorite, a little oily but the server did offer to replace it or take it off the bill. I had a great time. Never felt rushed or ignored, I had a great time. I would ask for a routine bathroom check, no tissue in one of the stalls. It was on a Sunday around 2 so maybe we just hit the right time to go, but it was a perfect girls day out! Ordered two takeout orders of Korean fried chicken. Unfortunately, both orders were missing the cucumber and edamame that were supposed to come with the meals. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone.
The food itself was fine, but missing sides and unreachable customer service made this a disappointing experience. I hope the restaurant can improve order accuracy and communication in the future.
