I chose the bigger plate which is 3 entrees and the lady only give me 2 and I told her no yoy didn’t but she didn’t care enough to listen to me, also my wife food was cold but she was lucky enough to get the bigger plate with the 3 entrees, I hope next time I get more lucky.

Where are we eating today?
I’d like to express my disappointment with the quality of the food this time. The rice has a very unpleasant taste — almost like hospital food. You used to make delicious rice before, but now the flavor has completely changed. The same goes for the pasta, which has also lost its quality. The meats still taste the same, but the rice and pasta have really gone downhill. It would be important to look into this, as the current quality doesn’t reflect the great standard you used to have.

I’ve gone to this location multiple times now because it’s the one that’s on the way home from Disney for us and each time it’s ALWAY something. We order ahead and last time they told us to get out of line wait 10 minutes and then get back in line because they were waiting on something in my order. This time they said, “can you come back in like 3 minutes because we’re waiting on the super greens”’ my husband and I just looked at each other because at the time there was NOBODY else in line. Someone pulled up to order and we stayed in line for only 2 minutes and then pulled up to the window. While we were waited to be greeted we see an order that’s completely bagged up ready to go and had been sitting there. Sure enough that was our order so why in the hell did we need to “come back in 3 minutes”. Sounds to me they’re just lazy employees. If this didn’t happen EVERY TIME we came I’d be more understanding but this is getting ridiculous.

Got sick immediately after eating here!!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
I got here shortly after opening, and the chicken was not fresh. One piece was undercooked. The rest of the chicken was hard and dried out. The chow mein was hard (not even close to being even al dente, and not cooked enough like usual). The super greens had a lot of ends, stalks, and bad pieces. Love panda, but not this location.

Lady at the drive-thru charged me for a plate and one aditional protein, and missheard me so bad.
Thought I asked for chicken teriyaki, when I asked for Beijing beef and super greens.

I was charged for a plate, and I got a bowl.

Minor edit: I asked for chopsticks, and she even forgot that!

Be cautious, and state clear what you want in this unit.

Minor edit 2: I returned, stated my problem, and they got it fixed. I walk out with my plate. W manager

Fantastic place to come and eat if you like your Chinese food . We came for our evening meal twice and the whole family enjoyed what they ordered. It’s a basic layout inside similar to KFC or McD’s but the food is fantastic. Staff are great also. Can get busy but queues move pretty quick. Best of all is – this place is just amazing value for money with HUGE portion sizes. Meals start at $7.50 up to about $15 for the 3 sides and premium options. Highly recommended.

Pulled up just after 11pm (they close at 12pm) they tell me there “closing soon” and only have a half order of beef and orange chicken and won’t make anything else the rest of the night. Wanted to tell me u was getting the bottom of the bucket and be happy with it is wild.

Warning to Uber Eats & DoorDash delivery drivers: This Panda Express location (rt. 27, Davenport, across from Posner) allows customers to scam you out of delivery money & will fulfill extra items/add them to your order via phone – not through the delivery apps. And then expects you to take it all, for no additional charge. You are NOT required to take these additional items that they back door into their order for less money. You are only required to take the items in the actual Uber/DoorDash order. This has been reported to Uber, but please report again if it continues.

Had this happen yesterday, for an order that said ONE item & then I was given a catering sized bag full of food that could not be verified. It cheats drivers out of pay if & counts against driver if cancelled, so just deliver the items actually in your order. First time I had this happen to me, so I didn’t know what to do – so hoping I am saving someone else the trouble. Male employee I spoke to about the confusion (before I realized what happened) was very smug about it, so definitely not the first time it’s been done. Have a great day!

Got head cracked for a meal that wasn’t even made correctly. Employees seem to not have any interest in wanting to be there. Waste of money. Don’t go.

Came inside and was the only one in line. Ordered a family pack: they were out of teriyaki chicken, and didn’t have many of the entrees typical of the Panda Express. Was told it would be 20 minutes to wait for vegetables, and 10 for orange chicken. I agreed to wait, after all, I’m at their mercy since I needed some Asian cuisine.

Only 1 cook was cooking, and that could be a huge problem given the popularity of this place and the prime location. The drive thru girl, (Kaley?) started dishing up my order. This makes me wonder what the other 5 servers are doing with their time. One was sitting in a corner behind the counter – maybe on break? The drive thru girl also happened to be coming back in when I left and she held the door for me. She and the cook get kudos . Having two cooks on hand would definitely help.

The drive through was obviously busy, and several others came in behind me including a large family.

The food was the lowest quality I’ve had from a Panda Express. We only started eating there back home about 2 months ago and it’s our favorite place. THIS location can not stay in business like this. Half cooked vegetables, yet rice that had been sitting around for a long time? How can this be? Told they don’t have chop sticks , got home there was no soy sauce in the bag! Ahh… that’s a tough one to believe, but there it is: no soy sauce.

Consider that the Chick-fil-A next door is a top rated restaurant (4.5 stars at the time of this post) and the WaWa next to that was so good we ate there twice in one day. I’ll not be returning to this location in the future. Owner needs to take control of this unnecessary situation.
