I’m so disappointed in the quality of food I received, it was not fresh, like it was taken from the freezer and reheated. I placed my order 7pm if the food was finished for the day , I’m a very reasonable person and would have ordered another day, but to take my money and give me old food is not acceptable. However I’m willing to give her another chance to redeem the disappointed that was caused from old food.

I gave a 4 stars due to customer service. I went there on a Sunday and I guess there was no fresh food made that day. I visited from Atlanta and I wanted something close to home. I don’t understand why ayamase stew only had about 3 little pieces of liver, an egg with one strong tiny gbomo i couldn’t chew and lots of oil. I was disappointed at the stew and the meatless stew. The rice was a lot and soup was a full plate. I just didn’t enjoy the food. The seafood okra soup was not fresh. I was just disappointed.

OMG THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD!!! The customer service was amazing and I even tried new foods that I’ve never had! I ordered egusi with fish, afang soup with chicken a meat pie and fufu! If I could give 1000 stars I would! Even my kids love the food, I definitely recommend Shai’s Keecheen LLC

This people need to be serious. Who serves soup in a small bowl that’s meant for ground pepper. I got 2 plates of ofada stew, it came with few livers and shacky, no beef. I poured the stews in the regular black bowl meant for soups and it shows this is one serving. I am pissed they have to charge 20 dollars per serving and put in a small bowl which can’t carry regular quantity for meats. This is one scam of serving size especially when selling food from your house, not restaurant. What then will you serve if it was a restaurant. Snacks I guess

What a great experience I had with this place. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming, the food is made with love and prepared with such flavor. I HIGHLY recommend coming here and supporting these good folks. 10/10 the Fufu, egusi w/ white fish and okra soup w/ mackerel.
