As a frequent visitor of this location I am very disappointed in the way this store was treating one of their employees. We walked into the play place with an employee (who seems to have developmental delays). After ordering, he asked us if we’d like our drinks early. This was such a nice gesture as our drinks have been forgotten multiple times by this location in the past. As I was filling up the drinks I overheard the conversation behind the counter. He let them know he had grabbed the drinks for us. Immediately the staff started berating him, going so far as to say he should “stick with what he knows and stay in the lobby not with people.” The condescension, tone, and lack of respect towards an employee who had more initiative and guest service than the rest of the staff combined was appalling. Do better McDonald’s.

I went through drive through … ordered 2 stake bagels
& sadly I was handed a English muffin & hash brown
I went in & had a long wait for assistance
They were slow
Not sure why it took so long for the 4 people standing around to get to me!
they said the 2 stake bagels I ordered was never placed.
Service was not good!
I am a regular there on Webster st … not sure what happened that morning.
The stake bagels was worth the wait … hot & delicious!

I don’t know what is happening at this location. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to make a sandwich correctly. I hardly ever review things, but this has frustrated me to the last straw. Watch out for correctness when ordering from here.

The man cleaning the children’s area was very creepy and made us uncomfortable he wouldn’t stop staring at my child and I we left before finished eating just because of how creepy this man was. Avoid if you have kids.

See attached photo for the 1 star rating. This is the second time in a row where I ordered food thru the drive thru to get home and find I didn’t get what I ordered. On top of that the french fry box is half full with fires that were ICE cold. Not Luke warm but cold. I’ve never had a prob with any other mcdonalds but this one. Management need to be looked at, at this location as now I have a upset child (again) thats eating something he doesn’t like and heating up fries in the microwave just to choke them down. Sad excuse for a McDonald’s. Won’t ever be back and hopefully enough people read this and go to another location or just another brand.

Definitely impressed today. Two laned drive-thru. Backed up a bit, lunchtime, but there were no mix-ups. I didn’t have to move forward and wait. Food was hot, fresh, delicious and employees were happy and smiling.

Pretty much every time I go here something goes wrong. I have a pretty low expectations list for any fast food… But both buns on a burger is a requirement. 2yrs later, has not improved.

What a dump !!! Nothing is clean , garbage everywhere, poor customer service especially at the counter !!! Kids without socks in the play area , people bringing food from other restaurants inside the McDonalds .. 1/4 star at best !

We have had the best experiences at this McDonald’s out of any McDonald’s We have ever been to as a family. The teens that work there re always polite, friendly, and helpful. They have gone above and beyond. My kids also really like the playland.
