Horrible management. Both day and night shift. Messed up my food and only wanted to replace what I brought back. They were closed so I would have had to wait for the next day to return everything. I got a burger patty ripped in half and put on 2 sandwiches. When I took it in to show the manager she just tossed it in the garbage and didn’t even acknowledge the mistake. After I said I was reporting it to corporate she called and offered me a 15 dollar gift card to pay for the food. How she got my number I have to clue. So they screw up my order and want me to return a 3rd time to make it right? Ridiculous. These aren’t 20 year Olds doing this either. These are grown adults.

This location will have you coming back to this location. The are always asking about having it my way. Double whopper with cheese cut in half is my favorite. I also bring a coupon per person.

Plenty of parking , and seating inside. There were some dirty tables. The restaurant was clean the bathroom needed a bit of cleaning. The staff were very friendly my order was correct. I had me my husband and two grandchildren. Our food unfortunately was not fresh so it wasn’t a good experience. The fries were really old and yucky! The chicken sandwiches not fresh or chicken nuggets. My grandson wouldn’t eat his. So unfortunately if it weren’t for the staff not caring about giving away old food. this review would have been better.

I visited on Tuesday around 3 o clock . The employee at the drive thru counter was repeatedly rude and dismissive to customers — speaking sharply, interrupting me as i am placing orders, and rolling their eyes when asked simple questions at the window. When I politely asked for clarification about my order she responded with an unfriendly tone and no apology. This is not the first time She has been rude to me, my kids and people in front of me. She was Yelling at me because I simply didn’t understand something. I was on the phone when i approached the window as she began yelling at me the person on the phone was just as much in shock as me. Like i said this is not the first time i’ve had this experience. That Lady needs to quit or be fired. Her actions towards customers are unacceptable. She is always in a bad mood and it just seems like she is mad you wanted to eat at this burger king
I expect basic courtesy and accurate service from frontline staff. Management should address this behavior so customers don’t have to deal with unprofessional interactions. I’m hopeful the store will improve customer service.

I felt compelled to write this review basically because of two things. 1. I come in here often and the place is immaculately clean…. like all the time it’s super impressive. 2. There is a manager, gentleman between mid 30’s to mid 40’s…. sorry I’m bad with age, bit this guy is one of most pleasent persons I’ve encountered. I dined during election day and it was crazy, how he kept order of everything, directed his employees, and tool care of customers. Hes very respectful he is always saying sir and mam and honestly I think he brings a level of professionalism not seen after in “Fast food”. If he’s not the owner, and if you are the owner and reading this give the man a raise lol seriously he’s a keeper.

Very rude, charged me $1.29 for half a slice of bacon and argued and said that’s how they do it. So for regular you get one slice ripped in half and if you want extra you have to pay $1.29 for ONE extra half a piece of bacon. Talk about a giant rip off and theft.
