I stumbled upon I F T Bakery while exploring the San Gabriel Valley, and I’m so gla glad I did. Don’t let the modest exterior fool you, once you step inside, you’re greeted with an incredible selection of fresh, authentic breads.
I immediately went for the tropical flavors. The pineapple bun and coconut bun were both delicious, perfectly balanced and fresh. Paired with a hot cup of black coffee, it was the ideal snack.
The ladies running the shop are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience feel very welcoming. It’s a “must-stop” if you’re in the area and looking for high-quality Asian pastries without the frantic rush of larger chains.
Pro Tip: Don’t hesitate to venture in even if you aren’t sure what to expect from the outside. It’s well worth it!

Tasted so so my tasted better than this bakery (didn’t put Basils and garlics). To many of tiny pieces. Pop corn chicken put a sign outside $4.99 but did mentioned have to get some things otherwise is not $4.99. But inside got a small side mentioned. Feel been scam by this store also charged me 0.50 because under $10. You should tell me in advance not asked kitchen to do it then tell me. I got bread 3 favors, taro not bad but bread too hard.

Many bakery items origned from Europe including the salty and the sweet items. Ones can find some special snacks from Taiwan and also more homemade fresh desserts. The other reason I recommend is the breakfast combo with both the drink and the sandwich .

I come here for the lunch special ($12.25 with the option of fried fish or friend pork chop, along with tea, rice, and two side dishes as a combo – available 7 days a week!). They have a point system too but lunch special can’t get you points. Nice pastries and bakery items with some simple dishes already prepared on the deli counter as well. Many frozen food items but they are all expensive to me, though the quality are good. Kind and helpful staff. But I’m not sure why their grade for health department has gone down to a numeric score of 69 when I visited last Friday. I am a bit worried but didn’t see anything that I should be concerned about. Clean restroom, and has some tables and chairs if you want to dine in.

Excellent! Easy and quick menu items that are made perfectly. Along with yummy tasting iced coffee, I think this might be my new breakfast spot. They also offer cakes, breads, pastries, jerky, dried fruit, and much more! This place knows how to utilize space because there is so much packed in here and it all looks exquisite. High end cheese cakes and tiramisu plus other kinds I’ve never even heard of. I would highly recommend this place after just one visit

I visited this store just twice. To be honest, they have good atmosphere, good service, abundant food choice.
The only issue, the keystone of an restaurant, is the food taste. I personally think this one isn’t as good as many local bakery stores.

Love their white toast- reminds me of childhood in Taiwan. Breads are good, zhongzi is solid, some of the cooked foods are also reliably tasty. Staff is welcoming and friendly without being pushy.
