My order was not delivered on time and when I did receive it was on the ground at the front door and cold call the manager no help at all put me on hold and didn’t return it was very unprofessional should have a better way of delivery will not use again very poor

Female answered the phone and was completely rude about where they don’t deliver, as a visitor in town wanted to see what dominoes delivered to the travel centers being that I am a truck driver. Called back to politely ask this young lady what dominoes should I be contacting since the site was clearly saying it was them being 8.4 miles away from where I was parked and was hung up on. As a customer of dominoes for 17+ years and spending money with them all the time after today I’m no longer interested in any dominoes going forward. You work hard all day and you’re tired and just want to grab a bite to eat but have to put up with unnecessary rudeness that’s uncalled for. Horrible!!!!! Shame on you young lady for making this place of business lose a loyal customer all because you don’t feel like being nice to people today.

Just sad to be honest. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and one was the right size but undercooked now the other one was actually a small also undercooked, we drove all the way back (after we called 3x and got no answer) we know it’s just dominoes it’s not that serious expected they would have just made us another one that’s actually the right size we didn’t even complain about the undercooked part I have a oven at home but no we got gaslighted saying the small was a medium and she just had attitude from the start. Me and my kids just wanted pizza it shouldn’t have been such a bad experience

I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was great but the other 1 wasn’t cooked long enough. The dough was still raw and the cheese wasn’t even melted throughly. The 1 raw pizza was inedible and we had to throw a whole uneaten/raw pizza in the garbage. 15$ wasted! On top of a $5 tip(it wasn’t delivery, I picked the pizza up myself).

Called at 10:30pm to place order from shopping at Walmart next door. Was placed on hold for several minutes. Hung up. Called back twice. No answer. Pulled up at 10:50pm. No customers! Just standing there waiting on 11:00pm to get off. Cost company 15 extra minutes since order couldn’t be placed at 10:30

Do not eat at this dominos. I work on the road in construction. First instance had an issue with this place forgot a two liter I order delivery driver knocked lightly when came back and left drink in front of door. 2and instance same delivery guy brings me wrong pizza. Was so hungry by time got it ate two pieces and threw it out . Called back and they said they would replace it. Called back day after and got told that I should’ve gave the pizza back they acted like they were gonna give it to whoever’s had originally order it. Assistant manager was ru de and refused me my correct order and and refused to refund my money. May never eat dominos again. Horrible experience.
