The best pizza hands down. Customer service needs work. I placed my order online and received order confirmation text at 11:53 am. I requested pickup/carryout order to be ready between 12:50-1pm. I arrived at 1 PM. The time on my receipt says 12:41 PM. That must be the time my order was submitted to be ready by 1 PM. Regardless of that, my order was not ready until 1:30 PM. While I was waiting, I asked the representative for Monical’s Pizza who was working the front register, if my order was turned in at the time I placed the order, or if it was not dropped until I arrived to pick it up? A valid question since my order was placed an hour prior and it still wasn’t ready. Her immediate response to me was that they had a full dining room and that pick up orders were not a priority. Dining room customers take precedence over carry out orders. I walked around the counter and looked in the dining room and only 3 or 4 tables were occupied. The dining room was in no way full.
I placed an order for three pizzas totaling $70.71. I would think any customer placing an order would be a priority customer. Whether I was in the dining room, or placing an order online, a customer is a customer. Is it not?
I understand if they were busy and needed more time to prepare my order. Say that. But don’t tell me that my order is not a priority. I chose to spend my $70 at Monical’s Pizza. I would think that makes me a valued customer? If all you care about are your dine-in customers, then remove online ordering from your website. It shouldn’t be an option.

This place has some of the best pizza that we have tried , in quite some time. The pepperollies are guite unique & extremely tasty. Their salad dressing , a mix of italian & their french dressing , togeteher made for a very good salad. Our server was very pleasant & helpful , gave us several tips about their food. This parlor is definitely a “Keeper” , & we will be back… You should give it a try…

We were up in this area 12/14/25, The food we had pizza was soooo good! Never seen wings this small and I like wings. Could of had way more sause. Dinner salad was really small, I know its a dinner size buy 1/2 as much more would be perfect. The dressing was so good purchase some for home. The problem for us we live 1 hour away, the pizza was some of the best ever had if not the best!!!!!

The Pepperollis are killer, and so is their pan crust. I get the same order every time, and so far, I’m not sick of it. I’ve pretty much never had an experience so negative it was worth mentioning. All of the servers are great, too! Definitely my favorite pizza place.

First time eating here. Pleasantly surprised, wasn’t sure what to expect. Not a huge fan of thin crust so was happy to see pan pizza.
We split an 8-in meat lovers, a small order of wings, and breadsticks.
The breadsticks had pretzel salt on it so it was a little weird.
The wings were the biggest surprise. A small order had 6 wings. Typically, wings at pizza places tend to be liberally buffalo sauced, fried, and a tad dry. These were not. They tasted baked, which helped keep it moist. And it appeared sauced, then baked. And the sauce didn’t overpower the wing. Mid spicy.
This was more and enough for the two of us. Probably go with a medium order of wings next time and an 8 inch pizza.

We love Monical’s and seek them out whenever we are in the region. This location is very consistent with most – great pizza, good service, and a comfortable, pleasant enough setting.
Monical’s Pizza is very thin crust (using corn meal underneath for extra crispness and a little flavor) and served cut in squares/party cut. For St. Louis-style pizza lovers, provel cheese is an option.

The good news is you won’t need to wait for a table because there isn’t anyone there. The pizzas are good and they have a lovely thick crust option which I love. It’s the $6.50 for a bottle of beer that I found offensive. If you’re going to charge that much, perhaps you should list the prices.

We ate here for dinner and everything was amazing! We’re from Central IL so Monical’s is a staple in our home towns but not something we have often now that we live in STL. We had amazing service and delicious food. Can’t wait to come back!

A very friendly and clean place. The food is good, however they claim that their pizza was voted the best in the area. I wasn’t overly impressed with the pizza. It was good but nothing earthshattering. Other dishes may be worthy of that distinction.
