Called to place an order, was told to wait, my husband and I decided to go in person since we were still on hold for more than 20 minutes, we arrive and the cashier was on her phone the entire time!! Placed an order at 11pm & the guy asked me if I was sure I wanted to place an order? Then I get there at 11:15 they didn’t have it ready, couldn’t find my ticket because they were too focused on cleaning. Didn’t put ANY sauce on my mild wings, you guys had an hour to clean & do a small order combo.

I came in expecting fast service, but that wasn’t the case here. I placed my order at 6:45, and it’s now 7:15 — that’s almost the length of a doctor’s visit. I’m not sure why three cooks and one cashier couldn’t get a few wings out sooner since it was not busy.
According to Google, Wingstop is considered “fast food,” but unfortunately this location didn’t live up to that. The cashier was friendly, but friendliness doesn’t make up for slow service. The crew seemed relatively young, and to top it off, my order still came out wrong.

My wings were so dry the mango habanero and the fries were so fried and hard and tbe cheese dip I had to pay for it even tho in other locations I get it in my meal as choice.
