we were headed on a small road trip and had to start off with some coffee in the morning and we placed an order for our drinks with no issue. we arrived and the drive thru line was really backed up so we were glad we ordered online. we went inside and after a small wait our drinks were ready. we went outside and the very busy drive thru line disappeared and there was nobody else so they must’ve served everyone very quickly. it’s a bit of a smaller parking lot because it is on the corner of the busy intersection but you should be able to get in and out easily.

The morning crew doesn’t deserved this job.. very Rude, arrogant and not professional.. no customer service at all.. they are gossiping a lot and avoiding to serve the customer. Not good for the business.. I wish they can do better.. I hope the manager will take action and train this employees the right way.. if not there’s nothing else I can do..no good.. I need to avoid this store then..

The music was sow loud in here they had to take my order 4 times and still got it wrong. I was expecting to see a disco ball and go go dancers, even when I got my order I had to ask for a sleeve and the employee just said hu! I asked again and she said no Steve doesn’t work in the morning.

The New Starbucks Oleato™ Iced Shaken Espresso with Oatmilk and Toffeenut is smooth and creamy. It has a caramel flavor from the Toffeenut.
Shaken espresso is so good! The olive taste is robust and lingers. No bitterness. Not overly sweet.
The olive oil noticeably floats to top. I would recommend to keep stirring it.
Tip: If the taste does deter you, try adding cinnamon and honey.
The customer service is great!
The drive through has long lines, which makes it difficult to park.

Coffee and service is what you expect from Starbucks. What sets this location apart is the fairly large indoor dining area and the community resource like the free book grab and coloring activity that was available. The dining area also acts as a storage for the store’s extra merchandise.

This Starbucks on telegraph and carmenita in Whittier boy oh boy…. Slow as molasses. I placed an online order before going to work around 6:50am I arrived at around 7:25. My food order was ready but my coffee order was not. I waited another 10 min. I asked how much longer will it be and she never answered me. I waited another 5 min. I asked again how much longer for my drink order. Gave her my name and again she was flustered and did not answer my question. Turns out my ticket was lost…. So instead of asking me what did I order and I can show them my receipt on my phone she just ignored me. It was such a bad start to my Friday ( shaking my head) .
To get my refund I had to wait on another huge line. I just left. I was out my coffee that morning. So disappointed ☹️☹️. I later had my coffee delivered. So much work for a cup of coffee

We always visit this location and we never complain about small things but this one really upset us. We did NOT ask for extra ice, just a regular strawberry Acai refresher but got a cup of ice with a drop of syrup. It was undrinkable, tasted horrible. We also got a mango dragonfruit same story, a cup of ice. I was in a rush so we went drive thru, no time to complain. Please do better and we will do too avoiding this place.
