We don’t do a lot of airport restaurant reviews but I have to say this establishment deserves a shout out. We had what may have been the best breakfast sandwich and dessert crepe ever, no kidding!
There are two Skinny Pancake locations at the BTV airport, we dined at the 2nd floor location. I’ll add that our service at the bar was fantastic too. Anyway, this is a great spot to grab some food and kill some time before a flight.

Had an ice mocha which was good… the cheesy chicken pesto crepe was okay. The chicken was a bit dry and not very flavorful. The crepe was thicker than a typical crepe I’ve had many other places. The man taking the orders was friendly and helpful. He was super kind to an elderly woman who was in need of a paper menu. Even though they were busy, the crepe only took about 10 minutes to come out. Overall it was a good lunch before a flight out.

I thought I was ordering 2 eggs, but what I got was about 8. The potatoes were perfect, and also piled high. I asked for crispy bacon, and it was exactly that. They really, really took good care of me. This is at the airport, so I expected to be charged $20 for breakfast, but they actually gave me $20 of spectacular breakfast. I would give more stars if I could.

Literally the only real food option at the airport and the team is so lackluster. They talk to each other about their PTO plans and pretty much act like customers are an annoyance. Can’t get a smile or warmth out of anyone. My burnt crepe was more like a cracker. Not happy with my experience. The iced latte was nice though.

It was only restaurant in Burlington Airport and the food was pretty good, had the Cheesy Chicken Pesto and the Sugarshack. Could have definitely passed on the Sugarshack. The Chicken was nice and savory with good blended flavors.

Don’t know why they are even open. The only available restaurant but the “kitchen is closed” despite the sign saying they had other items there is nothing available(only coffee); looking around there were empty, dusty dirty service areas with not a pastry or bagel in sight. There is a small cooler with cold items/drinks but they need to do better. Ridiculous to have a sign directing you to go somewhere else.

This was the only restaurant we found in the airport after we went through security, and fortunately, it was really good! The skinny pancake is really a crepe. We had just had a lunch of crepes at Creperie Chez Suzette in Montreal (price were $20 for two crepes in your entree/dessert), so we rounded out the day with a dinner of crepes at Skinny Pancake. We shared the Johnny Crepe – maple BBQ pulled pork, caramelized onion, cheddar cheese in a cornmeal crepe with a side of coleslaw and BBQ sauce. It came with one crepe for a little over $15. It was really delicious! We also got the Beets & Sweets – roasted beets, sweet potatoes with Vermont Creamery chevre and local honey. With the late lunch, it was enough to share and keep us filled.
You need to order food at the bar or front counter since there is no waitstaff to take your order at the tables. Order alcoholic drinks at the bar. You can sit at the bar or at a the table. We already had a tab open at the bar, so we ordered with the bartender who gave us a number and someone brought the food to us at the table.
For the menu, there are other savory or meat crepes, vegetarian and vegan crepes, one salad, burgers, fries, breakfast, and dessert or sweet crepes. Of course, they serve Vermont beers.

I can’t thank enough for the service and delicious food we got here at The Skinny Pancake! The best French fries we have ever had! They were able to accommodate my order of two eggs and chicken, no bread crumbs. Everything was outstanding, it seems like the team of people know what they are doing! , thank you guys! You’re awesome! Respectful manners, fresh food, excellent service, positive attitude, kind vibes and fast paced, fantastic team!❤️
