I have to give a shout out to Shantel Lewis, my second time in the drive through, and she served me both times. This young lady was pleasant, approachable, funny and engaging… I will say that the service can be faster, but her service was so good that I cannot complain about the timing. Things can improve, but in rhe Arima drive through, you have wonderful staff, appreciate them! Thank you Shantel for a good evening!!!

I arrived 14 minutes after my mobile order. All I ordered was chicken. They told me to come inside instead of at the drive thru, while it’s raining because my order was being made….i get inside…they hand me a bag that was sitting on the counter…containing my COLD chicken. I used to live a block from the one on 54 st …now I’m near this one and would rather to drive more and be treated as a human being than walk and be treated as a toilet…drive thru doesn’t work..I ordered a gallon of sweet ice tea and they gave me a cup…cole slaw?? Well I would say Cole seed….angry temper for no reason… horrible experience and please I’m not a racist but just a few black people know how to do customer service
