We loved this cute Topgolf place. It only had two levels, but my husband golfed on the level he likes, which is the second level. We bought a nice T-shirt for my husband. We also like to go in the morning. It was a little cool out, so I ordered the apple cider mocktale. It warmed me up. My husband does a great job golfing. We had fun!

Brought a school group on a Thursday morning. We used their website and consultant to set up our visit. Our time spent at Topgolf exceeded our expectations. Atmosphere was great. The price was right. We had a group of 17 students. All stayed engaged and really enjoyed their visit.

Topgolf is always a cool spot to hang out, and Charleston’s location delivers. The atmosphere is lively, the bays are comfortable, and the overall setup makes it a perfect place for friends, family, or even a casual business meetup.
The game experience is exactly what you’d expect—easy to jump into whether you’re a golfer or not, with plenty of room for laughs and competition.
As for the food & drinks: solid, but not the star of the show. I’d call it a 3 out of 5—good enough to enjoy while you play, but definitely not fine dining. Drinks come out quick, and the menu has enough variety to keep everyone happy.
Service was friendly, and the staff kept things moving smoothly even with a packed house.
Overall, Topgolf Charleston is a 4-star experience—not for the food, but for the fun, energy, and vibe. Worth a stop if you want to swing a club, grab a drink, and enjoy a unique night out.

Topgolf is definitely a fun place to spend time, especially if you’re with friends or family. The games are engaging, the music and atmosphere are lively, and the overall experience of hitting golf balls while enjoying the view is really enjoyable. That said, the food left quite a bit to be desired. The portions felt small for the price, and the quality didn’t really match what you’d expect from a place with such premium pricing. While some items were decent, overall it felt like the focus is more on the entertainment experience than on providing good value for meals. Service was friendly, and the staff was attentive, but when it comes to dining, I expected a little more for what I paid. I’d still recommend Topgolf if you’re going primarily for the games and the social experience, but don’t come with high expectations for the food—it’s just not the highlight here.

Tyasia was an excellent waitress at Topgolf. She was attentive, friendly, and stayed on top of everything the entire time. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. Her service made the experience even better, and I would be happy to have her as our server again.

We came here on a Tuesday and reserved one lane ahead of time for 1/2 off special. The pricing was really reasonable and if you’re not already a member you have to pay $5 when you register to play in the lanes.
It was a beautiful day and we had 7 people with us. (Can reserve a lane up to 8ppl)
Our server who was (birthday girl) took great care of us. Very attentive and made sure we got our drinks quickly. I honestly was a bit surprised with how good the food was. I don’t expect a lot for a “sports bar” type place. The pizza with the hot honey was flavorful, the nacho average nachos were delicious. I loved their idea of eat chip already having a little bit of everything which is genius. And the trio boneless wings were tasty! It was a good amount of food for everyone to share. I will say that I do think the old fashions they serve are a bit small, should get served in a rocks glass in my opinion.
It does give you a heads up with a timer of when your session ends which is nice. We overall had a pretty good experience and will come back on Tuesday’s.

Would give zero stars if I could. recently visited Topgolf with my significant other, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
As soon as we arrived, we each ordered a drink. When we got to our bay and started playing, I accidentally missed the small step by the green turf area and fell on my butt. It was clearly just a misstep — an honest accident — and had nothing to do with the one drink I had just received.
What made the situation worse was how the manager handled it. Instead of checking to see if I was okay or showing any concern, she treated us poorly and immediately told me I couldn’t have any more drinks — despite the fact that it was my first one. We continued playing normally and were acting completely appropriate.
Later, when our waitress came back and asked if we wanted anything, we both attempted to order another drink. The waitress informed us that the manager had said no. We asked to speak with the manager directly, and she simply stated that it was their right to cut us off.
While I understand businesses have the right to refuse service, the way this situation was handled felt unfair and unnecessary. I made a simple mistake, and instead of being treated with understanding or basic courtesy, we felt judged and disrespected. The lack of professionalism and customer care really put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun night out. It was Valentine’s Day and we just wanted to have fun.
Very disappointing experience overall. I wish tae or tay would have treated us with respect. Instead she judged us off of a simple mistake. I feel so bad to my significant other for ruining the night, when I tripped on accident. This was my very first time at Top Golf and highly doubt I will return due to her attitude and disrespect towards me for making a misjudging mistake. Because of her, our Valentine’s Day was ruined and I feel like crap for accidentally tripping

Always a good time at TopGolf! Any age can play and not all the games are like golfing 18 holes. They have entertaining kids games, challenges, and more serious games for people who are more serious about their golf. We come multiple times a year and always have a great time!
