Yesterday I had visited the McKinney Blvd McDonald’s in Colonial Beach VA. It goes far too unnoticed when the employees are not recognized for their service and professionalism. I would like to thank Myron for his absolutely amazing customer service and professionalism. I witnessed his ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service. Great hire, Management! Myron has set the bar.

Very satisfied with dinner tonight, fries were probably the most delicious I’ve had at mcdonalds and the nuggets were as well. Drive through window lady was very nice and such a positive vibe. We didn’t catch her name but thank you.

I have been going to this McDonalds for years. 5 years around abouts. For the last 4 mouths I have had the same reorrucing issue. An issue that I have tried and failed to get resolved on multiple occasions now. I have called and complained and it has done nothing to fix this issue. They keep forgetting my pies. I dont get irritated easily, honestly I do not. This was not a one time thing. This is the 7th order in a row that has had no pies. I call to let them know, and they send me out a single pie, of the wrong type of pie. I am at my wits end.

Horrible experience literally pull up to the window and the lady right away told us to speak up after not evening saying anything. Then gave us an attitude about it, took the ladies order behind us and rushed us. Once we got to the window the order was wrong and told to wait at the curb side, why rush everyone if you are just making us wait. Will never be back to that one again or that area after the experience.

Went to get my tea and I sipped it wondering why it tasted gushy…..I don’t think my tea is supposed to look like this also they make you make your own tea it’s a restaurant you make my food why can’t you make the tea? There was no one in line at all I know that picky but I shouldn’t have to make my tea when they know how much I’m getting and what I’m getting I don’t have to make my own ice coffee like a restaurant should be making you make your own stuff and putting it in a ziplock bag

I visited this McDonald’s on the way and was initially happy about the convenient parking. The staff was friendly at first, and I found the service to be quick. However, I noticed that the tables were quite sticky and hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was disappointing but no real issue as I eat from the plate, not directly from the tables.
The real issue came when I ordered a McFlurry. What I received was basically a liquid dessert, so I politely mentioned that the ice cream machine might not be working correctly. I was asked if I had ordered a Frappé. No, I hadn’t. The explanation I received then was that the caramel sauce melts the ice cream, which apparently makes it normal for a McFlurry to be liquid. Well, that’s something they should have informed me about, as I wanted ice cream, not a milkshake.
I wouldn’t ever be returning.

Welcoming and smiling staff, extremely clean environment. Especially Ms. Val who guided about what we can get and what to choose. She is profoundly courteous to everyone we saw. This has made our lunch more delicious and we can see all the staff satisfied and motivated working in a very congenial environment. I wish all the McDonalds are like this and all restaurants learn from this store. Will definitely come back whenever we return to this town. Thanks all. You need a better recognition.
