What happened to E-town Taco Bell?!?
It used to be so clean and friendly and the quality was always one of the best Taco Bell experiences anywhere!
We were in at dinner time, there is no way that bathroom got that nasty in a day!

Last 2 visits order wasn’t right. Food was cold. Wasn’t wrapped right. First time missing over half the order. Called in. Manager said they were too busy to deal with it that night and to call back the next day. Than told another associate that I was very rude. I know said associate and told him I was nice as can be bc he works there. Just terrible service n food and will never go back. Manager shouldn’t be in charge of anything other than picking his uniform out in the morning. I don’t do reviews. Ever. But very disgusted and after my Facebook post and tons of other people in town sharing the same service figured I’d share. Good there’s 2 other taco shops in town!!!

Recommendation would be to spread the order in two bags, at least. We had 9 items in one bag.
My soft tacos were smashed and the ingredients were coming out of the wrapping. My burrito was also smash but the ingredients stayed inside the tortilla.

Usually good. 2 friends and I ordered $70 of food only to have burritos that had more shell than anything else, tortilla chips that were stale and crumbs. We paid extra for Supreme tacos and burritos and barely any tomato or sour cream. The fast food workers wanted $15+ an hour, well, they got it, so we expect more now… ♂️

Don’t even waste your time! The employees are very unprofessional and rude! The shift lead with colorful hair is just as bad as the employees! Order was wrong and because we informed the girl that took our order she decided to just start getting smart and then the colorful hair guy came and instead of doing exactly what his title is and LEAD he came behind his rude employee and decided to slam the window on us and told us to not talk to his employees when all we were doing was informing her that the order was incorrect! Definitely reporting this to corporate and BBB!!!!

Definitely my go-to Taco Bell location in the area. I have gone through drive-thru, as well as dined in here dozens of times and typically always have a great experience. Food is fresh and hot, and service is quick.
Out of all of my visits I’ve only had one incident where some of my food was missing, and the employee apologized multiple times when I returned to pick up the remaining items.

This location is completely incapable of providing hot food. I ordered food for fiancee who has bad taste sensitivities, and won’t eat the food if it’s not hot. I was handed the bag and pulled into a space to check its accuracy. All the food was room temperature. I went back to drive thru and explained the situation to the manager, who was very kind and seemed to understand the situation. She guaranteed that the food would be remade, and hot. I was instructed to pull into a space and wait for it to be finished. 10 minutes later the food was brought out. It wasn’t hot. I returned to the drive thru, and spoke with the manager through the speaker. This time she wasn’t so nice. I was accused that I sat in the parking lot too long, that I already got free food, that I couldn’t get a refund. I had even offered to give the food back since it would not be eaten unless it was hot. I was told that she would not do anything to remedy it. We will not be returning to this location until the employees can learn to accommodate those with disabilities and make hot food.

Service can occasionally be slow, but honestly the staff has been kind and courteous every time I’ve been there so I don’t mind a little extra wait now and then. Alexis C is very kind at the drive-thru…refreshing, since we’ve all experienced people who don’t seem to care. Food has always been good here and service is as good as the food.

Was cold gross and too expensive for cold puke in a tortilla. Really dropped the ball. The nice guy that took my order was helpful an polite tho or I wouldn’t have given this place a starcat all. I don’t mean to be rude but it was by far the grossest meal I’ve ever had as far as fast food goes. Taco smell!!!

I am not a big fan of Taco Bell, but this place was fairly nice. Follow up, have been there a few times now. Place seems clean. Food is, well it’s taco bell, so not much to say there, but it seems decent. My last trip there though, there was something on the chair. I am thinking white paint. No sign saying wet paint. But I got it on my pants, my leather car seat, and my leather office chair before I noticed it. Luckily I got it off my leather office chair, and my car seat. Came off with Clorox wipes, makes me wonder if it really was paint. There is still some on my pants, and my belt. Went back to raise hell, but there was nothing on the chair I was in. Either I wiped it off on my pants, or someone else cleaned it. What ever it was, I won’t be going back there, ever. Besides there is the Good Burrito less than a mile away where the food is a million times better.
