The pizza was fantastic. I do believe this is mainly for takeout, but there are tables inside. The place was very clean even behind the counter. The special ordered pizza came out really fast. I think it came out less than 10 minutes after we ordered it. It was cooked to perfection. The staff was also friendly and clean. It is conveniently located next to the Mercer museum and we walked to it in about 2 minutes from the museum parking lot. My only complaint is that the dining area is more of an afterthought. But I also have to say, I did notice the cast metal table legs. Nice touch!

The pizza tasted good, but was pretty under baked and very floppy for a coal fired pizza. Personally I like my pizza to be crispy. The pepperoni was under cooked as well, which gave it kind of an overly greasy flavor. I’ll definitely give them another shot though, because, atleast from the case, this pizza looked very good.

Doylestown has some great pizza places and you can add HG Coal Fired Pizza to the list. The staff was very friendly and flexible. I ordered a custom pie of a large White Hawaiian/Veggie. It was delicious. I’m not a fan of pizza crust but HG’s pizza crust was crispy and yummy. If you’re looking for a new pizza place, I highly recommend HG Coal Fired Pizza.

The food here is absolutely delicious, offering everything you’d expect from a spot like this, there’s pizza, cheesesteaks, french fries, and much more. There’s plenty of seating, a pretty big tv for watching sports, and a beautiful art piece resembling the museum just across the road.

Stopped in the new HG Pizza in Doylestown for a late dinner and had a fantastic meal. The Grandma’s coal fire pizza and Pepperoni pizza steak were delicious, as expected. The same great customer service that you get down at Warrington and everything was cooked to perfection.

Their pizza tastes like NY pizza. Regular slice soooo good! My husband had a square slice and it was equally delicious. They bring the food right to your table if you dine in and they have all seasonings available as well as a TV and moderate amount of seating. You won’t regret eating here. Quiet and lovely.

Finally, a great pizza in Doylestown. I was impressed. You can tell the type of oven used is one of the reasons the crust is airy and light. It was not heavy tasting like many places. Good job. Our new go-to place.
