New place was quiet. I loved the eggs rolls and potstickers! Amazing sesame chicken! Fresh! The steak and peppers was just ok. Impressed with how it was presented it was the more expensive dish. Didn’t like the texture of the meat. All in all it had fun drinks. Try it out!!

Absolutely a charming little place! First time here and it felt so welcoming. The food was beyond delicious! The spring rolls with shrimp and the peanut sauce were scrumptious! Hands down the best chicken pho in the east valley. It was loaded with shredded chicken and the broth was so rich and comforting. Added the fresh jalapeños for a little kick. The service was also top notch! The waiter took the time to check on us several times. Cannot wait to go back and try other things on the menu! A must try!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

You have to try this restaurant if you’ve never had authentic Chinese food! Sure, they have regular orange chicken and other American Chinese dishes. But go to try the traditional bao (steamed buns), hand pulled noodles, soups, dumplings, and stir frys. Their hot and sour soup is unlike anything I’ve tried. Just be warned, it’s a little spicy and a complex blend of powerful ingredients you may or may not like. Very intriguing flavors from their Singapore noodle dish too. It’s similar to Indian dishes and the noodles are a nice texture. Their shrimp are fresh and have a sweet taste reminiscent of lobster or crab. I found the service is some of the best I could ask for. The restaurant’s atmosphere is slightly more upscale from a typical Chinese joint. Give them a try! I will be back for sure.

This place was something else a short time ago but I never made it in. My son wanted dumplings so we googled the closest one and this popped up. Went in around 1230 and there was no wait. They offered to show us how the noodles I ordered were made. That was cool as I have never seen that. Didn’t impress my 9 year old lol. Ordered two types of dumplings, a wide noodle with beef, sour plum drink and Dr pepper. Food was good. Interior is cheaply done and it is evident when in the bathroom. I guess they have a location in Scottsdale so maybe they picked this space up for cheap and will make improvements. I’m definitely going to go again because I want to try a few things. It was a little pricey. Spent about $90 for two of us to dine in and got a to go order for my wife. She is GF so got her King Pao chicken with no soy sauce. She said it was good. I’ll be back at some point.

I couldn’t wait any longer to share my thoughts about this place. The restaurant serves truly wonderful dishes. It is clean, and the staff are warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated.
I tried the Peking duck, which I would confidently say is the best in Arizona, based on my experiences dining at many Chinese restaurants here. The soup dumplings are handmade right on site and are absolutely delicious, very similar to xiao long bao.
I will definitely return and will be recommending this place to many more people.

Delicious food and great service! The orange chicken was crunchy and flavorful. The chili oil wontons were superb! We ordered some noodles so we could watch them being made tableside– super cool! We also had soup dumplings, very yummy. We will definitely be back.

I look for real authentic Chinese cuisine, and this place absolutely nails it!!! Really fresh authentic Chinese food. Love this place.

They still have the excellent Peking Duck but now they have hand made noodles and dumplings! The quality is great as you watch them make it in front of you. The salted duck leg dish is awesome, it’s like a Hainan chicken duck. The chive pocket is amazing, you have to get it. The pork and chive dumplings are my favorite!

I ordered the American-style Broccoli Beef, and it absolutely hit the spot. It was full of flavor, tender, and clearly catered to American tastes while still feeling fresh and well-prepared. Alongside it, I got the fried rice option, which honestly became the highlight of my meal. It was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked.
I also tried the pork egg rolls, and they were impressively large and incredibly tasty. Crispy on the outside with a savory, flavorful filling — just the way they should be.
Beyond the food, the restaurant itself was clean, spacious, and had stylish, modern décor that gave it a welcoming and slightly upscale feel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain the different menu options and offering helpful recommendations.
The portions were generous, and everything was served hot and fresh. Overall, I really enjoyed the location, food, and overall atmosphere of Bing Bistro. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon to explore more of their menu!
