The first two pics are a “mexican pizza” with crumbly dry beans. the 3rd is extremely burnt chicken from a chicken cantina taco. was first in line and it took 10 mins for this. would highly recommend not going to this taco bell. i eat taco bell all the time and this is the worst i’ve ever had. the kfc famous bowl’s chicken was also so salty that it was inedible.

Multiple times coming through and everytime they forget alot of my order at the window or make things wrong. Have to check everything. Last time I came through I mentioned at the speaker that they forgot the jalapeño sauce on my quesdilla entirely last time and if they could please be sure they put it on this time. Get home and I have triple the amount of jalapeño sauce. Literally drinking the sauce now. Nothing but sauce on this thing. I didnt ask for extra. Just asked for the original receipe. This had to be done out of spite. So rude and nasty of them. This is the worst location.

If I could give negative I would. If you want taco shell then I suggest go here. All the items had very very little meat and for $10 an item it seems that is a bit ridiculous. Also, they were very slow. Save your time and go to the one in new Braunfels. They actually are fast and give you decent food.

The Taco Bell part of this establishment is not representative of any Taco Bell I’ve previously visited. Taco Bell has been my favorite since 1959 and I’ve ate at Taco Bell’s in Europe and Russia. Each and every one was better than this one. We went simple with 3 crispy taco supremes, 3 soft taco supremes, a burrito supreme, and some apple bits. A 5 minute drive home, after pickup, revealed smashed cold tacos that had minimal ingredients and in a condition unlike any taco we’d previously seen. The order was also missing an item. I had learned earlier to check before leaving and I had ordered 8 items and checked 8 items in the bag. At home I found one item was not what was ordered. Instead something unrecognizable was in its place. If this establishment is aiming to discourage folks from ordering their Mexican fare, then they’ve succeeded. We’ll not be returning.

this location is selling their 5 layer burrito (a basic burrito with one scoop of beef, beans, and cheese) for $7.99. that’s outrageous. the taco bell by my house sells them for $4.50 or something around there. franchises can choose their own prices, and this one is way too expensive.

They are always so slow. Takes 3-5 minutes for anyone to even come on the speaker whenever you drive up and then it takes another 10 to 15 minutes to get your food pretty much every single time.

Dude, this place sucks, like absolutely horrible service, takes 40 minutes to get anything out, and they can’t ever get the order right, I order no tomato’s and a Baja blast and I get no lettuce and a regular mt dew… this place used to be good now it’s terrible. Never come to this location
