Employees were all super nice to me and order was accurate. Food is consistent and burgers seem like better quality than most other fast food. This particular Wendy’s store is consistently good.

If I could give 0 I would. I was ordering the order taker was rude. She didnt get my order correct. Did not give me a receipt. I get to the other window the manager Kershawn was confused as to what my order was. They gave me my “order” I said my fry wasnt in the bag. Kershawn said she didnt charge you for a meal. I said I ordered a number 2 and a Jr. Bcn cheeseburger biggie bag my total was over $20 he handed me the fry. I get to work open my order….. SURPRISE WRONG ORDER. I call back and Kershawn was extremely rude. No apology, no offer to fix it today! This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time

I just had a borderline religious experience eating this burger, I came to the drive-thru at 11:58 thinking they were open til 1am… I asked the gentleman at the drive thru speaker and he told me that they actually close in 1 minute, and I happily declined to order.. I told him I did not want to burden them at the end of a long shift… this man insisted that it was okay and said he knows what it’s like to be hungry on the way from work… so I ordered a burger, a Dave’s double with no ketchup or mustard, and this man, in conjunction with the only other employee closing down the shop tonight, made me a BURGER FROM HEAVEN!! I cannot believe what I just ate, it was everything the ads on tv make you expect but even better… I was going to eat it on the drive home, but after one bite I literally pulled over in a random parking lot and took the time to really enjoy every last bite… this burger my man made for me could have been featured on a menu at a fancy smash burger place in downtown Chicago or something, I’d pay $30 for the pleasure of having that burger again… tell ya what, Monday nights at the Wendy’s on central in Sylvania is where the best burgers are being made. Thank you to these two guys working on MLK jr Monday 2026, seriously this Wendy’s is lucky to have these guys… raises are in order for the these professional gentlemen!!

This was a disaster from the moment I ordered my number seven which was a big bacon classic combo. I got who knows what? I was a sandwich with double meat mushrooms and who knows what else was on the sandwich cold fries and I had to pay like fourteen dollars. The sign clearly states like eleven dollars and twenty nine cents. This order was a hot mess and they still charged me like fourteen dollars. The gentlemen at the drive thru had zero idea of what he was doing first day? Horrible experience not his fault. I would not wish this kind of service or food on anyone. Also you have employees using bare hands when preparing g food.

Got food delivered, and I understand with delivery time food can get cold, but there’s absolutely ZERO reason why food should be delivered ice cold and soggy as if someone had ran it under water before packaging it. Fries were also soggy and ice cold. They gave us a small order of fries instead of giving us the spicy nuggets. I get food runs out from time to time but nothing was ever said about it and just gave us a small fry and called it a day. The beans to the chili were EXTREMELY undercooked. Half of them were still hard. I don’t know if it’s work place negligence or something else but I’m surprised the store is still open. Will be going to a different Wendy’s from now on. Not to mention I also have to put my food back together to eat it and they’ve also screwed up my order every time I’ve gotten food from here. Will not be coming here again

Does this look like a spicy chicken sandwich? I was charged 11.08 and given no receipt. I’m a regular customer and my order never changes. I just worked a 12 hour shift and now have to settl for a sandwich I didn’t order.

WHERE’S THE BEEF??? What happened to your chili? It was 95% beans! I couldn’t finish it. You used to have the best chili, but chili requires BEEF!

Rough interior and bathrooms. Not overly well maintained. I ordered inside and the fries and nuggets were both aged. Neither fresh. Maybe some leftovers from the lunch rush. Its been a while since I’ve gotten that quality of food from a Wendy’s. But it does happen from time to time.

I ordered a #7 and didn’t get bacon on it.. Not a big deal.. I called to let them know and the disappointing staff hung up when I asked about getting it remade, they also refused to answer their phone. Also they didn’t give me a receipt at the window so besides the picture I don’t have proof of purchase. I’ll be talking with the manager tomorrow.
