The girl taking our order was exceptionally rude, acted like she was in a hurry, did not take our full order, cut us off while talking, and even said “bruh” on the intercom as we drove to the window. We left without bothering to finish our order to go to another location.

I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences at this location. My orders are frequently incorrect or poorly prepared. Today was particularly frustrating. I waited at the drive-thru, but no one responded, even though there were no other customers waiting. I went inside and asked for the $6 meal deal, only to be told that it was no longer available. However, I drove to another Dunkin’ Donuts just down the street, and not only was the $6 meal deal still offered there, but they also got my order right. This location clearly needs better management and consistency. Honestly I would fire the people working there today service is very bad

I haven’t been to a baskin Robbins in years, but recently moved back to this area and have been having a craving for the reeses peanut butter sundae. So I ordered one. I wish I had gotten one! I’m not sure what this lady made me, but it was not even close to what I had ordered. Then on top of it, covered with it whip cream to the point where I couldn’t see the ice cream, I wasn’t in a position to watch her making it, so I had to take it on faith, she knew what she was doing. Upon getting home, craving my sundae, I scraped off the whip cream, to find nuts, & chocolate ice cream, with a cherry.. I was instantly very upset. For literally 1 scoop of ice cream, 8 pieces of nuts, 1 cherry, and enough whip cream to gag a mule, cost me $7.50! Which I wouldn’t have had an issue with, IF IT’S WHAT I HAD ORDERED! It’s not like they were busy, as I was literally the only one in the place besides the lady that worked there! She was nice enough, just had NO idea on how to make what I asked for… major disappointment!! I hope there’s others still sins so I can try a different location because I won’t be back to this one…

So I’ll start with the positive. This location is always really good with my kid. They listen to him and look him in the eye and that makes the world of diffrence.
The negative however sometimes outweighs the positive. This location for whatever reason can not get a order correct. I ordered the avocado toast with bacon and a everything bagel with cream cheese. Well they definitely charged me for those items but there was no bacon on my toast and I’m not sure how you can call this a bagel with cream cheese. We were in a hurry so I went back later in the day to get a refund. Still had the food and turns out that they do not have a evening manager so they can not do refunds at all so ended up being a large waist of time. I’m not saying not to go to this location but ALWAYS check your food before you leave.

First off I would like to say that I work in customer service in the restaurant industry and I completely know how it is to work in the industry let me just state that first. This Dunkin’ Donuts has the worst group of employees. Every time I come it’s never a decent greet at the window and everybody has an attitude, there’s no customer service they’re always out of stuff and then want to be rude with you when you need a moment to figure out what else to order. Retrain all of them in management needs to be more aware of how their employees are treating customers

TREATED Horribble, Worst Dunkin and service ever. Pulled up in drive-thru only car in line. No one answers just sit there and wait… then finally a Sydney says picking up a to-go order I said no. Then she say I need you to wait…. then we sat there for minutes until she said what’s your order. Then I ordered 2 coffees. Then she cut me off and never asked is there anything else or are you done with your order after I ordered just the 2 coffee’s she cut me off and said pull forward. Got to the windows didn’t say hi was so UNFRIENDLY I went to pay and when she handed me my receipt I said thank you, and no reply. Closed window and had us wait a few more min. Then finally looked behind me a few cars now in drive-thru she tells us to pull forward and she will bring coffee out. Then we wait forever 4 cars were served and left in the time we waited for 2 coffees. So finally one of us walked in and they were SUPER DISRESPECTFUL. They didn’t even start our 2 coffees yet and we were the first people there. Worst experience everytime I come here this just was the last straw!!! Go to DUTCH BROS and get treated the right way! I go to dunkin almost everyday at the other location and I live closest to this one but I will make sure to tell everyone this location is so unprofessional and not worth it.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Had a mobile pick up order they said pull up to the window and never came to the window. Then when I went in both of the ladies had a horrible attitude. All you have to do is acknowledge your customers. Do not go to this Dunkin management and corporate should be ashamed of themselves
