On Thursday they advertise $1.49 chilli/cheese dogs. I ordered 5 of them (their limit) and when I got home, I was really disappointed to find that they weren’t like ones I normally get. I won’t do that again!

Did an online order for just two drinks with extra ice.
It took too long to get my order and it just had enough ice to see on top of the surface.
Pulled around to the drive through and they never looked up so I could at least get ice.
There were only two customers at the restaurant.

So the lemonade gets 5 stars cause it’s amazing. How ever- this chicken basket is not the one we know and love. The toast was not Texas it was thin toast. The chicken was a lil spicy and not the chicken strips with the pepper in them that we all know and love. The onion ring, the 1, was over cooked by a lot. Fries, were good and the gravy was too.

I drove about 20 minutes from my town that had a Sonic just to see if I got the same reaction. I really wanted Sonic. I pulled in hit the button ready to order. A wonderful lady answered immediately and took my order. Her computer started messing up so she came outside to finish taking my order. She was quick polite and we got it all taken care of. Food was hot and ready thank you Jay for picking up where Grove dropped the ball. I wish I could remember my carhops name because she was awesome

Today which is the 9th of May, 2024 I ordered a CC Coney and order of tator tots.
I received a extra long container of CC tator tots, and tator tots for my side.
I would have returned it but figured it would be another 20 minute wait and would still be wrong.
My ticket said you charged me for a CC Coney, so I figured you jipped me money because Coney and tator tots probably didn’t cost the same.
My bad, usually I’d let it slide but this was my second time coming and no one still can get my order right.
My favorite lunch at Sonic is CC Coney, not today I suppose!

This has to be the slowest Sonic I have ever been too. It takes well over 10 minutes to get two drinks, that’s with ordering them on the app and there is no one else in the parking lot. Not to mention the employees are very rude almost every time I visit. Always dissatisfied when I visit.

They forgot some our order while we were there,so I had to call with the button again. After i got home I realized I was missing 2 of the 6 drinks i had ordered. The guy proceeds to tell me its my fault I forgot my drinks because I left and didn’t realize they were missing until after I got home. Argued with me for like 10 minutes on the phone about what was on my receipt, basically calling me a liar. Calls the carhop in while on the phone and asks him what drinks he brought out to me. I hung up after that. Won’t be back to sonic in Jay. Management sucks! I just wanted the drinks i paid for!
