I thought I’d try the Brentwood location a second time. My hubby and I were at Home Depot and decided to get a couple of cheesesteaks afterwards.
Mine was so bland and there was a lot of gristles in my sandwich. I came home and put some seasoning on it. It lacked the lettuce and tomatoes also. I was so hungry and disappointed at the same time.
I LOVE the Pittsburg location. The next time I have my craving, I’ll drive to Pittsburg.

The Lumberjack
Picked up an online order and they almost refused to give me my order after showing ID and credit card. This was the most invasive experience for verifying it was my order. Some background, my wife and I share an account for the rewards and I used a virtual card, because they force you to save the card. This resulted in the pick up name not matching and my card number not matching, yet the name for the card matched. Most rediculous fast food pick up experience ever! I will not be back.

I’ve eaten at almost every Philly Cheese steak shop in the Bay Area. This one is new and it needs a lot of work…. My second time coming to this establishment and it’s terrible. They don’t season the meat if they do, I can’t tell. They did not put my curly fries in the bag and the food tastes like the grill is dirty. I’d suggest hiring someone from one of the older establishments to help get this particular store together…

The Brentwood shop is a thousand times better than the Pittsburgh one the food is Superfresh is delicious and I like to go here on a weekly basis the employees are super super nice extra polite and if you ask them for something they don’t get upset

My sandwich was luke warm with no flavor and the bread was soggy.. I don’t think it was freshly made. It was clearly sitting for awhile. I’ve eaten at alot of these and this was terrible. If your going to raise prices every few months, please make it worth it.

Great help in the Brentwood store. The fries are addictive. The sandwich was okay. I even had them add the spicy peppers. The meat tasted like ground beef with no spices.

The Hanks root beer is good also. No high fructose corn syrup in it. They use pure cane sugar like back when sodas tasted good.
