I had a wonderful experience at Paradise Biryani Pointe. The food was flavorful, authentic, and served fresh. The biryani aromatic, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection.

A special mention to Mr. Madhu, the manager, who was very professional, welcoming, and attentive. He made sure everything was taken care of, which made the dining experience even better.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious food and great service

If you are looking for Indian cuisine, especially South Indian dishes look no further. Cosy little place. Enough parking space. Recommended.

I believe that restaurants serving Indian and Pakistani cuisine should strive to represent the authenticity and quality that this food is known for. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not meet those expectations.
If you read through the reviews, many people from the Desi community have shared similar concerns about the taste, preparation, and overall quality of the food. The more positive reviews often seem to come from customers who may not be familiar with what these dishes are traditionally supposed to taste like.
What is disappointing is that the owner does not appear to take this feedback seriously or make improvements. Authentic cuisine carries a strong cultural identity, and when it is served poorly, it reflects negatively on the rich and respected food traditions of India and Pakistan.
As someone who grew up eating authentic Desi food, I know that if something isn’t prepared well, the right approach is to work harder, improve recipes, and serve customers with pride and responsibility.
Based on the consistent feedback, I would caution others from the Desi community that this restaurant may not deliver the experience they are expecting. I genuinely hope the owner considers these concerns and works to raise the quality, so people can appreciate the cuisine for the right reason.

A Delightful Culinary Experience at Paradise Biryani Pointe
My friends and I have made it a tradition to visit Paradise Biryani Pointe on Friday and Saturday evenings. Our go-to dishes include the flavorful Hyderabad Dum Biryani (Goat and mild spicy), the delectable Apollo Fish or Malabar Fish Fry, and the indulgent Double Ka Meetha or Gulab Jamun for dessert. The food is consistently delicious, and the quality never disappoints.
The warm and attentive service from the chef, staff, and owners – Suresh and Siva, makes every visit special. They truly go above and beyond to ensure we have a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

I ordered ‘dum ka ghost’ as it said it was popular and it was so bad! It had no salt, no taste, it did not look like dum ka ghost, it had a boiled eggs in it, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this restaurant. It costs me $30 and the food was so bad! It has curry leaves and just about everything in it with no taste! Such a horrible experience! If you don’t have that item, rather than just making up something and sending it over please please let us know you don’t have that and make recommendation that would you like to try this instead! I waited 45 min for my food and it came out like this, super disappointed!

Shiva ji and his team are doing great work serving authentic Indian and South Indian food. We have been coming here for a few years, and both the service and food have significantly improved – worth a try!

“I had a pretty bad experience at Paradise Biryani Point. When the food finally did arrive, it was contaminated with cockroaches, and the manager, Mr. Madhu, was speaking in an impolite manner. Moreover, our waiter was uninterested and inattentive. Guys, I’ll show you the image and the video of the cockroach that was completely entrenched in food before I noticed that my wife had some and was feeling under the weather. When I try to update them on this matter, the manager uses harsh language and harsher Hindi words. I used to frequent this eatery, but not anymore. Our evening was greatly marred by this incident, and I will never longer be visiting this location.

Had a dine in for special thali on pongal celebration day. It was superb, everything was delicious and served on a banana leaf to add a traditional touch. Will definitely come over again for the next special thalis like these!

Ordered Goat dum Biryani, Dum Murg, Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka takeout on Friday night. Terribly disappointed since nothing was fresh. Goat pieces were stale and rotten. Dum Murg had boiled eggs in it, seriously . Chicken Tikka was simply pieces of dry chicken tossed in turmeric powder. Unbelievable that they expect customers to pay $20 per dish and serve stale/rotten food.
