The manager was very nice and said they would remake my sandwich. After 13 minutes, I called back to ask where my remade sandwich was. The manager responded that she had been expecting me to come through the drive-thru.
When I received my sandwich, grease was literally pouring out of it. Grease got everywhere. I had to completely remove the sandwich from the wrapper and blot both sides with a napkin.
I didn’t think to take a picture of it until I had had already eaten it.
I normally wouldn’t have mentioned the coffee, but it was very weak, making a challenging experience that much worse.
The restaurant has stations that allow you to order on your own. You can also order on the app. Either way, your order number appears on a screen and you can watch it move up the list.
The food here has always met McDonald’s standards, although I recently found that their frozen Cokes are more frozen air than Coke. Pretty disappointing.
This is one of my nephew’s favorite places to go for breakfast, and we always feel comfortable inside. Every morning my father stops in for his coffee ☕️ and he’s never disappointed at the quality.
Now that it is post heavy COVID they have had some staffing issues, but it hasn’t seemed to have had an effect on service.
Two of them stood there wandering around like they didn’t know what was going on they were very busy the other two were making the meal tickets very slowly one of which had very long hair and no hair net wearing a ball cap as a former restaurant manager myself not of McDonald’s I know that you are supposed to wear a hairnet at all times but I guess a ponytail Will suffice the only ones that seem to have their stuff together were two ladies that were trying to help get orders out the drive-thru I am very Vigilant on watching the entire restaurant so I’m capable of leaving the proper review.
I can’t remember the name I heard exactly but if it was Nevaeh I think was what I heard she knew what she was doing and I thank her and her only she was very kind to me when handing me my late food.
Upon receiving my food 30 minutes is what it took now 11:40 a.m. for the manager to ask me if I was still waiting at which time the lady who originally helped me handed me my food who just before had an attitude with me because I couldn’t tell her what number it was when I had previously told her I didn’t know because the kiosk didn’t give me a receipt and I wasn’t looking at the screen I was counting my money when it flashed it.
Once I sat down at the table I started going through my food I took the Big Mac apart there was barely any sauce on it clearly we don’t know what it’s like to work and properly prepare food I should have kind of figured this after previously interviewing at this place and receiving a text message after thanking the general manager for letting me know I didn’t receive the job just being nice I got a message back with the beginning sentence of “first of all”
All of my food was cold except for a little bit of the French fries very little onions on it I did ask for no ketchup no mustard that part they at least got right then realized I was missing one of the burgers.
I went up and got it that was the only other thing that was hot then upon going through my food and taking the pictures you see on the website of this review the lady that helped me and one of the ladies in the back decided to talk up front I don’t know if it was a restaurant or a Hooten holler dance Palace don’t know what they were excited about but it seems like there’s more goofing off then there is actually giving a crap about your customers.
I’ve done what I’ve always done and given this place several chances even after hearing they were Under New Management they still can’t get it together.
Do yourself a favor avoid this place and just go to Sonic at least there you can get a nice burger at 6:00 a.m. instead of this piece of cardboard very little sauce and not worth a crap.
