I ordered through the app for curbside delivery. They had given me the wrong sandwich, so I called the store to let them know, and that I was still in the curbside space.
The manager was very nice and said they would remake my sandwich. After 13 minutes, I called back to ask where my remade sandwich was. The manager responded that she had been expecting me to come through the drive-thru.
When I received my sandwich, grease was literally pouring out of it. Grease got everywhere. I had to completely remove the sandwich from the wrapper and blot both sides with a napkin.
I didn’t think to take a picture of it until I had had already eaten it.
I normally wouldn’t have mentioned the coffee, but it was very weak, making a challenging experience that much worse.

Everything on the screen was correct. BOTH windows (1&2) read MY order but they handed me the wrong bag. I went back to get it fixed bc ik mistakes happen and 1 lady spoke to me condescendingly. Mind you i repeated my order THREE TIMES when i went back. And they STILL messed up again. But by now most of my lunch break is gone so i couldnt go back. I said legit 3 times i would like buffalo, ranch, and sweet and sour sauce. Idc if i have to pay more for that but throw it in the bag & charge me then? Bad days happen and mistakes happen, but not CARING enough to be diligent the second time AFTER a mistake is poor customer service and/or food service from someone whom has worked in it their whole life.

In general, over the years, I have to say that staff here have truly been quite kind and actually friendly. If you engage them, odds are good, they will talk with you.
The restaurant has stations that allow you to order on your own. You can also order on the app. Either way, your order number appears on a screen and you can watch it move up the list.
The food here has always met McDonald’s standards, although I recently found that their frozen Cokes are more frozen air than Coke. Pretty disappointing.
This is one of my nephew’s favorite places to go for breakfast, and we always feel comfortable inside. Every morning my father stops in for his coffee ☕️ and he’s never disappointed at the quality.
Now that it is post heavy COVID they have had some staffing issues, but it hasn’t seemed to have had an effect on service.

It’s very frustrating to have to walk inside twice because the drive through worker has taken items off your order and the team members inside have forgotten to put half the things in the bag before bringing it out, then to have to curbside order because, guess what? Part of it’s STILL NOT THERE. I get that you guys get busy, I do. But just think how much time wouldn’t have been wasted, on my order multiple times, if it had been right from the beginning. As well as the other people I saw whose orders were messed up. I think some time also needs to be taken for better training and staff support. The cashier shouldn’t have to wait multiple minutes for another member of staff to get them quarters.

will never eat here again. After asking for a remake, I watched three employees team up just to mess with my burger and flip it around instead of simply fixing it. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I ended up having to throw the burger away because I couldn’t even trust it after seeing them handle it that way. A total waste of money.”

Updated review: 1/28/24 this was probably the worst visit I’ve ever had I got to McDonald’s about 10 after 11:00 ordered on the kiosk and it did not print a receipt no big deal had about three sets of people in front of me no big deal the ladies at helped me at that moment was very kind found the order paid for it upon receiving my food 30 minutes later the lady had to ask me what I had I had to remind her and did not give me a number there were four people all teenage age in the kitchen on the one side anyone who has ever been to a restaurant knows that’s a prep table is double sided so you can have two people on one side and two people on the other I myself being a previous restaurant manager knows this.

Two of them stood there wandering around like they didn’t know what was going on they were very busy the other two were making the meal tickets very slowly one of which had very long hair and no hair net wearing a ball cap as a former restaurant manager myself not of McDonald’s I know that you are supposed to wear a hairnet at all times but I guess a ponytail Will suffice the only ones that seem to have their stuff together were two ladies that were trying to help get orders out the drive-thru I am very Vigilant on watching the entire restaurant so I’m capable of leaving the proper review.

I can’t remember the name I heard exactly but if it was Nevaeh I think was what I heard she knew what she was doing and I thank her and her only she was very kind to me when handing me my late food.

Upon receiving my food 30 minutes is what it took now 11:40 a.m. for the manager to ask me if I was still waiting at which time the lady who originally helped me handed me my food who just before had an attitude with me because I couldn’t tell her what number it was when I had previously told her I didn’t know because the kiosk didn’t give me a receipt and I wasn’t looking at the screen I was counting my money when it flashed it.

Once I sat down at the table I started going through my food I took the Big Mac apart there was barely any sauce on it clearly we don’t know what it’s like to work and properly prepare food I should have kind of figured this after previously interviewing at this place and receiving a text message after thanking the general manager for letting me know I didn’t receive the job just being nice I got a message back with the beginning sentence of “first of all”

All of my food was cold except for a little bit of the French fries very little onions on it I did ask for no ketchup no mustard that part they at least got right then realized I was missing one of the burgers.

I went up and got it that was the only other thing that was hot then upon going through my food and taking the pictures you see on the website of this review the lady that helped me and one of the ladies in the back decided to talk up front I don’t know if it was a restaurant or a Hooten holler dance Palace don’t know what they were excited about but it seems like there’s more goofing off then there is actually giving a crap about your customers.

I’ve done what I’ve always done and given this place several chances even after hearing they were Under New Management they still can’t get it together.

Do yourself a favor avoid this place and just go to Sonic at least there you can get a nice burger at 6:00 a.m. instead of this piece of cardboard very little sauce and not worth a crap.

I went here this morning to get 3 sandwhiches ended up sitting by the door for 25 minutes waiting on a single sandwhich. Went inside to get it myself because it had been 25 minutes and the lady expediting made a comment saying I was only there for 25 mins wether I was there for 25 mins or 30 mins your customers shouldn’t be sitting there with no update. Poor service

Were to start…I could hardly walk on the floor by the fountain machine…the floor was so sticky and wet…the person who took our order had on vest that was so dirty…most of the tables were dirty or had trays on them…just not somewhere you would want to eat.

Back in the day when i was young you would pull up in the drive up, place your order, pull up, pay, get your food and drive off. Now with more automation you would think it would be faster, nope, you pull up and wait for them to bring you your food 7 minutes later, wrong usually. Ava mcdonalds is the worst, slow service, understaffed…but dam hey the interior got redone…
