Really nice experience at this Panera. The person taking orders was friendly and helpful. My only issue would be that my bagel wasn’t wrapped in a pastry bag but just put in the Panera bag with my cream cheese a knife and napkins. It would have presented better it it had not been dropped in the bag without a way to keep it warm after roasting. Other than that, really nice people and clean looking

Ryan the manager was supposed to help with a catering order for 20people. Once he finally came out on an empty restaurant, his attitude was super disrespectful and rude. No eye contact, no manners, not even a greeting. I walked away. We are regular customers placing catering orders pretty often. That’s not how returning customers should be treated. Shame on your Ryan.

Ordering is easy and completely self-service at a terminal, where you can customize your order however you like — for example, doubling ingredients, adding extras, or having sauces served on the side.
The sandwiches we ordered were freshly prepared, ready in a short time, served warm, and tasted excellent. The value for money is very good, especially if you’re looking for something quick but still fresher and healthier than typical fast food.

The serving sizes were very small compared to the ones at other Panera locations. I asked the manager but he never got back to me, which was weird. Other than that, the location was pretty, but not clean.

Ordered chicken and rice soup and the chicken was literally raw and had the skin on it. So to top off having the flu I now get to enjoy food poisoning. Yay! Thanks for not answering the phone as well to protect others from this.
