As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Tired of the usual drive-thru options, we decided to try Rally’s Big Buford burgers, and we were pleasantly surprised. Based on this experience, I believe it’s one of the better fast-food choices available. Although I’m usually not a fan of seasoned fries, I was hesitant to order them, but now I’m a convert.

20 minute long wait times for “fast” food. Store consistently understaffed and looks dirty. Lying about pickup orders being ready and then making you wait an extra 20 minutes for orders that were “ready” half an hour ago. Serving out multiple orders that were placed after yours even though you’ve been waiting in line for again, 20 minutes. Consistently the worst Rally’s i’ve ever gone to. Management needs to take a serious look at replacing the GM/management inside the store

I gave them a 20 dollar bill for a $7.55 order. They never gave me change. I parked in the parking lot and took a nap. No effort was made to compensate me the change. I never will eat here again at the Arabi Rally’s franchise and it is a reflection on every other Rally’s.

Fast, friendly service and better food than many other Rally’s locations in the city. I had the $3 Big Buford times 2 and it did not disappoint. Trying to avoid fried foods so passed on the fries which I love.

How hard is it to make a simple little cheeseburger the way the customer ordered it? Why do the employees have to be lazy and disrespectful to customers? I don’t understand why people even go to work if they don’t do a good job and do a good job that they can take pride in. I guess it’s why they work at a fast food place and not somewhere else where it takes having to use your mind and apply some effort to do a job that they can be proud of. I’ve had it with this Rally’s. I live 5 blocks away in old Arabi and I go to this Rally’s every single day. They made good money off of me. I’m a chocolate shake and swirl ice cream eating SOB. Every day I spent at least $20 bucks at Rally’s. Not anymore. I’ll just get my ice cream from Consecos across the street and save myself the frustration that I get from Rally’s.
Look at the pictures. I ordered a rally burger with no tomatoes and onions. As you can very well see in the picture with the receipt. And in the other picture you can very well see what is tomato juices and seeds. Plain as day. Very obvious that all they did was open up the burger that again, obviously was already made and sitting there waiting on someone to order a rally’s burger so they can have it ready and look like they made a quick burger. But they failed miserably at this attempt. Cause now they got a bad review. Now they lost a customer that spent money every day. Now everyone who reads this review will see what kind of BS they do up there. Unbelievable.

You really have to want Rally’s to come here. The food is decent-everything tastes as it should, just not a fan of cold fries! Service at the walk up window was SLOW MOTION…3 or 4 cars were served at the drive up during the time we waited for our order. Plus, our order was missing apple pies, napkins, and we got a chicken sandwich instead of a burger! Basically, you really have to not care about your job to do it this poorly….
