Like most Applebee’s, this is one where you walk in and immediately feel a little bit like you’re coming home. You certainly won’t get scallops on lobster parfait here, but that’s not the intention of this restaurant. What you get is the usual good food and drink.

Atmosphere: Average dining experience. Maybe slightly loud music.
Noteworthy to mention: The silverware and plates were not clean at all. Particularly the plates. There were visible stains and other things on that made it very uncomfortable – especially when you see food residue.

We arrived at 6:30 and expected an impossible wait because of the number of cars in the parking lot. Instead, it was ten minutes, and we were kept posted. The fish fry hit the spot, was crispy and delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere, as the restaurant was clean, in spite of being busy, and it was quiet enough to be able to hear each other.

The hosts standing up front ignored everyone.
We heard “Can you sneak us in so we don’t have to wait” the waitress replied “come sit in my section.” And took them in while 25 people are waiting.
After finally getting seated, the pasta was dried out like it had been sitting for a long time and the ribs were tough and chewy.

Very disappointed. Took over an hour to get our food and we were not checked on in that hour. There were only 3 other tables full at the time we came at around 12:30. No rush. No excuses. The food was disappointing also. When we asked our waitress what was taking so long she shrugged it off and said “I don’t know. Kitchen is just slow today”. Not a professional way to handle that.

I ordered food there and they messed up my order I then called and asked if I could give the food back and get what I ordered. They then told me that it was their mistake and they messed it up. But then proceeded to tell me that even though they messed up I needed to re buy my order. I’ve never been to a restaurant were if they mess up you have to pay for there mistake very unprofessional.

I just love Applebee’s. They train their staff fairly well and consistently. The food is always on point and fresh. I rarely find anything to complain about here and the steaks are consistently perfect.
