I haven’t done a review in a while but I have to do one on the restaurants grand opening. Very clean and nice decor on the inside, I should have taken some pictures. The staff was phenomenal! Very nice and courteous,friendly. My food was pricey but it was worth every penny spent. I am a Dungeness crab lover, I prefer them over Alaskan. The size of the clusters were good and they tasted delicious!! The shrimp was of good size as well and meaty and tender. I will be going back, I was in heaven after a long day at work. Ty for giving me great service and great food that I haven’t had in a long long time.

Lovely little seafood boil place! It is tiny, like 4 tables, but nice sea-themed decor. I think most of their business is carry out. Both the the boils and the fried seafood our group had were quite good.

The place looked nice & clean, hence the four stars on that particular question. I had a taste for fried fish & shrimp and Crab Du Jour was recommended. This was my first time ordering so I was not familiar with their fish & shrimp baskets. Fries came with the order but I told the guy I didn’t want fries thinking I could substitute. Before I could ask him I was told that they came with it and if I didn’t get them I still was going to pay the same price. In a tone that made me feel he could care less. I told him that I had never ordered from them before and wasn’t familiar with their set up because he seemed to be getting impatient. So I said give me the fries even if I didn’t eat them I had to pay I wasn’t going to do him any favors. When I got home what a big disappointment! Not so much that I paid $16 for four shrimp two or three ( not sure they were so small) piece of flounder that I sat down & peeled the batter off shrimp & fish & barely had any meat. It was more like the fish & shrimp that you get out of the frozen food section already battered. But I had loads of greasy French fries. Never Again! Get me once, shame on you, get me twice shame on me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. About 5 months ago I gave them a great review because the service and food worth it. I should’ve known it was too good to be true, after all it is in Goldsboro. I ordered Saturday night at closing time and they forgot my lobster tail. So the following Monday I called to resolve the situation. Long story short the manager was uneducated and unreasonable and refused to do anything at all to resolve the situation despite me being a repeat and reputable customer and instead proceeds to argue. If it had been the guy that took my order 5 months I wouldn’t be writing this review. The manager is horrible. I usually wouldn’t make a fuss but I can’t afford to lose money. I’m a woman of business and have had to take out time and money to visit BOTH locations. Luckily there was worker at the Wilson location who was reasonable and decided to do what she could to resolve the situation. It’s sad that your own people refuse to help. If you must go, check your food for content, but they won’t ever get my business again. Come to Wilson, it’s nicer anyways.

The food was well prepared, smelled very good and was delightful. While the location size is small, it does not stop them from making great seafood. It is an express so small size is to be expected. Prices are not small, but the value of the food and its quality is well worth it. Best to order ahead and take it home.

Wa a random choice pick for Friday dinner and couldn’t have been happier with it! Wonderful staff and relaxing atmosphere. Food was beyond expectations. The boils for single person eating can be pricey but it’s still amazing food and does not hurt my view of the place. If it were me, I would want folks to think large scale combos as that not ont gets word out to others but also allows for far more folks to try it. My family and I will definitely be returning to this place.

Delicious big amounts of food. 1 broil is worth sharing between 2-3 ppl. Perfectly cooked, good snow crab . Very generous with the shrimp . Very polite and patient staff. Lil strange everything was served in a big plastic bag instead of a bowl/pot/tin lol but delicious none the less. They let you select between like 6 flavors for each broil (We chose garlic butter with Old Bay) 10/10

This place was amazing. Now the indoor seating is small, but worth it. The girl behind the counter is super friendly. Seafood was cooked perfect and fresh. We will definitely be back!!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

This was the worst seafood boil I have ever had. I placed an order today and when I got home to eat my food the shrimp was all mushy and the crab legs were spoiled, absolutely disgusting.The only thing I could eat was the potato. I spent so much money today trying this place out and it was so disappointing. Absolutely disgusting,not to mention the place smelled like a dirty bathroom. What a waste of money. Never coming here again.
