I had had this only one other time with a couple of friends for lunch so I decided to go with my family because I thought it was good the first time. I’m not sure what happened between then and now but I’m sure I’ll never be able to convince my family to go again. My husband ordered the brisket dinner and he said it was the worst brisket he’s ever had. A large chunk of it was black and as a whole it was dry. Mine meal wasn’t terrible but definitely wasn’t great especially for the price!

I ordered catering to pick up today, it was fairly priced, ready when I arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The best part is the FOOD! the food was piping hot, well packaged and the flavor is UNBEATABLE!! Will be returning!

Ordered to go for the first time !! I live a block away from the hamilton ohio store . My order was pulled pork sandwich on garlic bread, cheese fries and salad . Chicken dinner with mac cheese baked beans with corn on the cob and a piece of pecan pie . Get it home . Salad was box full of lettuce , no pecan pie and sandwich wasn’t on garlic bread. Call to complaine and talk to manager Mike. Conforsation started fine untill I was bit up set by his demeanor over the phone. He hung up 2 times . The third phone call was him answering as marry . Hung up again once I called him out on it . 4th call Mike was gone . Explained my frustration and made a complaint to corporate office . Waiting for a response . Food was sub par . The disclaimer says satisfaction garuntee. We shal see . Not sure I will eat here again . Sad service is like that at some places !!!

Went to Rib City for dinner tonight and got a rack of baby back ribs and double mac and cheese and it was excellent. We’ve been here before and it was good but tonight they were hitting on all cylinders from the food to the service. Looking forward to going back very soon. You guys hit it out of the park tonight.

What a great dinner! The brisket and pulled pork were fantastic and the sauce that accompanied the meat.
What was also excellent were the sides that we purchased of potato salad, baked beans, and coleslaw.

Haven’t been here in years so we were excited to go. It was a disaster from the beginning. There was only one server named Jason ( who was amazing!) Waiting on the entire restaurant! Like 10 tables plus the bar area! My daughters cheeseburger was burnt and tasted like char. Our pulled pork was room temperature. The macaroni and cheese tasted like nothing. Zero flavor. The only bright spot was our server. That place used to be delicious.

This place used to be really good. Me and a couple of coworkers got lunch there last week. The pulled pork sandwich was ok. The sides were embarrassingly small. I’ve gotten bigger portions in sample from Sam’s club. The baked beans were runny as water. Really no value for the price. I won’t be going back.

Don’t eat the baby back ribs here! They are tough as leather and are down right awful! A #1 rating here is the lowest but still way too high for the ribs I was served. These were the worse ribs I have ever eaten in 60 years. The 4 other guest on my ticket received very delicious chicken breast. I was given the chicken breast as a replacement for my meal, but when it was brought to my table it appeared to be served to me hopefully on the plate that my ribs were on, and not a clean plate. The sides were good. The waitress was good and did in she could to make this experience a good one after the major fail of the baby back ribs I was served. Total after tip was $115.00, not so Happy Fathers Day meal, but the company was the best. I probably won’t ever go back to this estanlishment.

So I have ate here many times and always excellent. And yet again the service was excellent food was amazing. Tonight the owner stopped by the table to chat and that….that is what I love about this place. Your home!! My first job I waited tables in a small town for 7 years and the down home family restaurant is what made me love my job. This is not only a place I recommend to eat and bring the family but I would work here any day of the week and know I was at home. Thank you for making this possible. Kudos!!!!
