Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich with ONLY chicken and bread—that’s it. Somehow they still managed to mess that up by sending it with mayo and lettuce, which I clearly did NOT ask for. When I asked for a remake, it somehow got worse. The replacement sandwich was not cooked properly and then had pickles on it, which I also never asked for. How hard is it to follow the simplest order possible? This place clearly doesn’t listen, doesn’t care, and wastes customers’ time. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful service. I won’t be coming back. And yes I called and spoke with the manger and she could have cared less

Ordered two drinks, one wrong drink was brought out, tried to get their attention but was ignored. Pressed the red button and before we could tell them what happened they said one minute and stopped responding, five minutes went by without anyone answering the button so we left.

Absolutely love this location. Always a pleasure to stop here anytime I pass through New Iberia on my way home to Jeanerette. The manager there is a young man by the name of Wendall and is always very happy, professional and a joy to interact with. He runs a tight ship and customer Service as improved tremendously since he was brought on to manage this location.

We ordered Rt 44 sparkling water with mango and lime. And cold brew iced coffee. The iced coffee was filled with ice all the way to top of cup. 4 sips of coffee and rest of ice. Not happy with the coffee drink. I will include a picture All ice!! Shame, shame!!!!

I need a refund for my last order. 9/30/24 around 6pm. I used the app. Waited a while. Drive in screen said order was delivered. It was not. I pushed the red button. The girl said this stall isn’t working, move to another stall. The stall is obviously working. I pushed the button again. She asked to take my order. I told her to cancel and refund my mobile app order. No response. I said to whoever might be listening that I guess I would call to get a refund.
App doesn’t give you a way to contact anyone, just leave feedback. So I did that. I will contest the charge on my credit card. ♀️
After 1,273,386,276,275 problems with this location. Lesson finally learned. Not going back.

Sonic is my breakfast go to . A burrito..and orange juice lite ice.. usually their customer service is awesome… Not all of the workers can make a bomb burrito though.
