I haven’t been to Happy Teriyaki since covid and they did NOT disappoint. It’s always been a bit pricey but for good reason, their food is fresh and absolutely delicious. The spicy chicken is SO flavorful and the perfect amount of spice. The crew in the kitchen is wonderful and Sung, the woman who helped me up front was very sweet. Gonna have to come back to try the Dole whip!!

Loved going to the Eagle location and was excited to have one closer. 5/5 when they opened, but unfortunately the last couple times of going and getting some of their ‘fried’ items (gyoza, chicken katsu, shrimp) it tastes like overheated or burnt frying oil. The stuff mentioned tastes burnt without being burnt in itself (though the katsu was maybe overdone). The katsu here is one example.
Everything else has been great. The teriyaki plates especially. Probably just needs more changing of oil or slightly lower running temps.

Very clean and fresh food. Open kitchen where you can see them cooking and prepping. Better than Panda! Boba tea and ice cream to boot. Definitely recommended!

Katsu burnt to a crisp, fried rice was dry, dry, dry. My partner’s orange chicken was rubbery, like it had been out for a long time. I’ve eaten there many times but the last 2 times it’s been absolutely terrible and a waste of money.

We were really excited that a Happy Teriyaki came to this location. We have had take away from here twice now, food is always good but this last time, the person behind the counter was more than rude when asking for an extra bit of Teriyaki sauce. Said “sauce is in the bag”, turned her back and walked away. She certainly should not be in a hospitality position. For the price of the food, I am sure you could part with an extra ounce of sauce.

Yesterday the young man at the front counter provided excellent service. He was respectful, attentive, and handled everything professionally with a great attitude. He made the experience smooth and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job. Definitely deserves recognition for his customer service.

Been to couple of their local locations. This time I tried the sweet & sour chicken. It was terrible, Im sure the orange chicken is the same. At least 75% breading.., very little chicken. Some frozen stuff they heat up. If you eat there do order something else

i had a wonderful experience ordering and waiting for my food. i was number 06 and received the 09 bag and this ruined my night. i wanted nothing but a thing of fried rice tonight and recieved another persons order. i didn’t open this until i was home and the building was closed. i’m really sad and upset but i know it was an accident. really bummed please read carefully i was in a rush and may have shed tears.

Poor customer service. Wanted to try something new but in a combo. Guess that wasn’t possible. Didn’t like what I tried.
EDIT: I don’t really want to come back to try other options. My family was not happy with what they got as well. Seems like the quality of both the food and service has dropped since your opening. Such a shame.
