The guy who took my order did a great job! He was super friendly and I enjoyed his company. I only stayed for a couple of minutes because I ordered take out but he made me feel very welcomed. Employees like this make me feel so much better about going out to eat fast food! He’s one of the best employees I’ve seen in a while! I hope to see him again soon. Food was fresh as well and everything was well done. Keep hiring good employees! I believe the guy who took my order is named Logan!

The food was great. Got a special for 20 bone-in wings and fries. Wings weren’t overdone – over, or under, sauced. Flavorful and well cooked.
The employee that rang me up seemed like she wanted to finish quickly. Asked some questions for the wings. I also wanted a special on two drinks, which didn’t end up happening – to be fair, I didn’t have energy to get into it.
I also asked for four ranches instead of two. Got given three and a blue cheese, which almost made my wife throw up. She was distraught, and felt betrayed – as there was no visible distinction between the two.
Overall, decent experience.

This is what you get when you ask for wet wings. This order is from a few days ago but I forgot to post. Originally ordered wet Cowboys flavor and mango habanero wings, but when I opened the bag when I got home they were bone dry. Barely sauce on any of them. The staff were attentive to fixing the issue, as so I thought. They did, but over did it.Why is it so much? They literally poured so much sauce in there I couldn’t taste the lemon pepper. Don’t know if this was done out of sarcasm or someone just wasn’t paying attention… Not sure, but definitely won’t be going back to this location. For several reasons.

Yesterday I ordered on the app and I went in to get my food. First of all was not greeted properly, the guy at the front had a chicken wing in his mouth so unprofessional. He gives me my bag of food telling me everything was in there only to find out it wasn’t. I drove all the way back, still was not greeted when I came back. The guy walked right pass me to sit down. No sorry nothing. Everyone there was rude. I had to get his attention by saying literally walking up to the table and telling him hello sir do you not see me standing here? You got my order wrong! Wingstop located at the intersection of Belt Line and Josey Lane. There are about 6 tables indoors and a couple outdoors. Service was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean. The food was freshly prepared, the fries were still crispy. I would recommend to have a menu clearly displayed on the front counter, preferably large, as it’s a bit inconvenient to use the QR code if you are dining in. Looking forward to come back for the chicken sandwich

I ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors, when I got home I saw that 7 of them were missing, I couldn’t go back to order the remaining wings because they closed at 10 pm. In addition, I requested my order at 9:30 pm and they delivered it to me at 9:50. In a previous order I paid for only Drums and in the order there were also flats. It’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience.

Bad site! The customer service is terrible. The cashier was extremely rude when she took my order and then when she delivered it she threw it on the table. The chicken was not fresh and they put two pounds of salt on the potatoes! I will never eat at this place again.
