I feel really bad leaving a low review, especially because the people are nice and the building is clean, the service is speedy, but there’s an issue with them paying attention to “milk” options when they make drinks. I’m very very lactose intolerant, so I’ve always had to get a plant milk, for years. I’d say about 1 out of 3 visits, my drink is made using milk even though I order it without cow milk, and it even shows that on the cup ticket. So the person at the register always enters it correctly but the baristas I guess don’t double check or pay attention? It got to the point that I just started to get refreshers or something from the non dairy section exclusively.

Whenever I take a chance on the regular menu, my drink is made wrong using actual milk. It only happens at this location, I’ve gone to at least two others and this never happens at them. I used to work at a Starbucks from 2018-2019, and the training was super specific about milks, especially since at that time it cost extra for a non dairy milk. With the non dairy menu and them cutting the menu down as a whole, I hoped it would get better, but this location makes my drinks wrong way too often. It’s been over such a long time that I don’t think it’s one barista, I think it’s training. We always were told to double check our tickets before handing them out, and yeah, even I made drinks wrong a few times, but I caught it and remade it because that’s how my location was trained.

Again, I feel bad because this has been the only issue I have at this location, but my most recent visit left me so sick I had to miss work. Normally I can tell by taste quickly and stop drinking it, but I was getting one of the new drinks and didn’t notice until I had drank nearly half of it (the drink was delicious which makes it sadder T_T). I don’t think this is done on purpose (I hope not, because I’ve known some baristas to not use non dairy on purpose), I think it’s a training and quality control issue due to it continuing over years. Again, I stopped risking it by having refreshers and whatnot instead. And only ventured to the regular menu rarely, but it kept happening no matter how long it had been. So it has to be training and quality control. As I said, this last time I was so sick that I had to miss work two days later (lactose intolerance is a real thing y’all, and some people have it more extreme than others).

I think training would help a lot, and I hate leaving such a low review, but I worry about people that might have even worse reactions than me getting sick. I just hope this review is seen and used for upping the training.

This was my first time visiting this place, and as a regular Starbucks customer, I was very disappointed with how we were treated. The café was fully packed when we arrived, and it took us a couple of minutes to find seats as people were leaving. Shortly after we sat down, the manager approached us in a very unfriendly and stern tone, insisting that we “have to order.”
I understand that some people may sit for hours without ordering, but as paying customers deserve patience and courtesy, it’s unprofessional to pressure guests the moment they sit down. A better approach would be to ensure policies are enforced respectfully and with understanding, not with hostility.
If this behavior came from inexperience, I hope management is willing to reflect on this and improve their customer service standards. Patience and professionalism go a long way in creating a welcoming environment.

So, I decided to go inside Goose Creek location where I live – drive thru busy. I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino with whip and Carmel drizzle. So, this was my third time in the last three months that I gave this location a try.

The Iced Mocha was less than desirable, the English Muffin was chewing gum over heated – this was the drive thru GC.

Second visit drive thru the Iced Mocha still lack a desire to order again.

So, third time inside, no greeting, frustrated cashier, employees moving like robots, displays were nice, restroom was clean. Ppl were in the lobby area, working and chatting, my drink was set out on the counter my name wasn’t called. So, it was also less than expected.

Apparently, something changed since the last time I was in a store because no ones name was called and the cashier didn’t asked which occurred to me while I was shopping hum wonder if my beverage is ready.

It was a lack luster Matcha Frappe with no whip cream or Carmel drizzle. So rather than reorder I’m not going back. I receive gift cards for gifts three times a year minimum of $25.00 that’s a decent gift not included my rewards with credit cards again minimum of $25.00.

So, I’m in Hilton Head this year for Christmas – Awwww a Starbucks. Went to the drive through used my recently updated app ordered the usual. My God this is the first picture I have ever posted on social media. My husband was so happy for me – the cashier was happy, even apologized when my husband did not know what to expect when I handed her the phone – he dropped it – she waited patiently. And handed me the most amazing beverage.

She restored my customer loyalty – by Spring for Mother’s Day I’ll try the Goose Creek location again ordering Açaí beverages, until then I will use the Tanger location on my drive in to work.

My final comment is really a question – does Goose Creek use flavored Matcha Tea? It was a miss two times. Hilton Head had the correct texture flavor and Matcha all the way to the end of the last sip right down to the last whip carmel and drizzle. Goose Creek was either a flavored mix or watered down. Either way it was a miss – I hope they get the revenue, traffic and training they need. The Dunkin Donuts has cars waiting in line when I drive thru in the morning by 6:00am easily every weekday. They must have it done right – but I’m a loyal SBKs customer for years over 10 in the past spending easily 40.00 a week. AM, Noon and Drive home. Tall, Grande, Venti in that order. My Matcha was a Venti each time at GC also at Hilton Head – enjoy the picture.

I didn’t take a pic of the GC beverage but HIlton Head deserves a nod, a hand clap and praise.

This Starbucks cares about its customers a lot. We frequently get pup cups and they are always so loving and inviting! We look forward to our visits here because they are always great to talk to and they make the drinks so good!

Worst Starbucks ever! Order a venti hot drink and a grande cold brew. Was charged for both. Received a grande hot drink asked them to replace it for a venti. They dumped my grande into my venti cup. I didn’t notice until leaving because I’m not a Karen. I also very politely asked if they would give me change for cash. My plan was to give them a 10$ tip for doing so. Do the next right thing the next right thing will come. She said there’s no way to do that. Not true. Was okay with that until they charged me for something I didn’t receive. Been going to Starbucks for 25 years and will never be going back to this one. Absolutely ridiculous

This Starbucks sucks. This drink is $7.16 and they never fill it up to the rim. I get it almost every day and it’s always like this. It’s loaded with ice, which is fine, but it could at least be filled to the top. There was no line and therefore no excuse why I’m paying this much for a drink that’s not filled up to the top. 0 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten it at other locations and it’s never like this.

Coffee was just a little different in taste and when I picked my online order up not one person spoke when I came in or when I left. Unusual for a Starbucks.

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Manager and Team at the Goose Creek Starbucks on shift this morning! They worked effortlessly this morning (on the busiest day EVER- Red Cup Day) went above and beyond for their customers. Though there was a crowd, they handled it with grace. Shoutout to you all! ❤️ (& my Venti Toasted White Hot Chocolate was delicious!!)

Told the guy at Drive-In my drinks were made wrong. He grabbed my drink back, looked at it and said it’s made right and gave it back to me. I told him I buy Starbucks twice a day and this is not how my drink is supposed to be made. once again, he said your drink is made right it just melted. Now keep in mind. My drink was just made. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. A gentleman answered the phone and said he was a brought in shift leader, but could not help me and would take my phone number down and have the manager call me. They were in a meeting. Nobody ever returned my call. I’ve never had a problem at this store before and now that I have a problem nobody wants to do anything about it. I called this morning and the lady that answered the phone said my manager is not here maybe will come in tomorrow. The store is very unorganized and needs to have a better management team and a crew that knows how to make drinks. The drinks are already expensive enough as it is and for you to make it wrong and not offer me my drinks made right or to get me two drinks again that they can make right
