The food is old and cold. When it cooked fresh, its sloppy. There is always a 20 or more minute wait…one of the ladies that works in there is rude. Every time we come, their bread is always plain, no flavor. I think I’ll start making the drive to the one on Miracle Mile.

I order my food online at 2pm for pickup at 4:30I arrived at 4:25 check on my food it said it was still in the oven It never got past being in the oven at 5:58 I went into the store someone finally asked me can they help me told them I was there to pick up my food told her my name she got my food from the hot and ready! The boxes felt like it was hot we got home the food was cold I only live 6 minutes away I haven’t been to this one in a while because they always run out of stuff I spent $80 on cold food never going there again I will take the 15 min drive they don’t deserve any stars? I’m not a mean guy but these people want 20 plush an hour and to be tipped and cannot even take an order correctly. I called in a sausage pizza guy told me it would be 20 minutes. Went to pick it up and wouldn’t you know it , it was a pepperoni pizza. They told me it would be an additional 20 minutes. Needless to say I got my money back and took my business elsewhere

I don’t get it. Its Little Ceasars. There are no tables and chairs. Its literally a safety hazard when there are 20 ppl (inside) just standing there. I ordered ahead, & received notification that it was ready. I can’t get inside. Too many ppl, I mean, who stands in front of the door & seems to get an attitude when you say excuse me to get inside. I’m like dude, tr here’s way to many ppl in here. I ordered ahead. I handed me my order & some guy who was standing in the middle of the crowd, got angry & said he ordered ahead also. Why are there 19 plp, inside little Ceasars, waiting for pizza? Please wait in your car.

You can order online and pick up your order from the side window. They have the main lobby closed due to covid-19, so the side window is really convenient. You can also order at the side window then wait in your car or wherever. Nice customer service too.

I’ve been going here my whole life. this was the most terrible experience ever. we arrive at first it was okay but we ended up waiting longer than most and our order ended up being forgotten about. the place is ran by kids who don’t know nothing. 😐 sad to see how service is nowadays.
