My birthday falls on Christmas, and I stopped by this Starbucks excited to use my birthday reward. During checkout, the barista commented that having a birthday on that day “stinks.” The remark was unnecessary and bothered me, making the experience uncomfortable. I don’t normally leave reviews but everytime I come in this SPECIFIC Starbucks everyone here is beyond kind, sweet, and welcoming. I’ve gone into others and never had the same experience as I do when I come into here. My friends and I recently went to study at 4:30am and the staff gave us some treats. It was absolutely adorable and made me and my friends day (I teared up a little). We plan on coming back weekly for study sessions if we can just because of the outstanding service. Thank you guys!

Stopped here in the morning like usual and the guy working the window was extremely rude, he looked new because I haven’t seen him before. He gave me my drink and it felt super light, ( I got a large hot chestnut praline) I opened the lid once I parked and it was only filled 2/3 of the way up. I can’t believe I wasted my money on this. Totally unacceptable to pay these prices and not get a full cup of coffee.

This store always gets my drinks right! I get my same ol strawberry acai lemonade either venti or trenta and it is absolutely delicious with so much flavor! I will forever go here! Jailyn is absolutely phenomenal everytime I stop by and all the women there are just fabulous
