Today I visited this buffet restaurant for the first time, I was just passing by.
The location is relatively convenient, and there were many customers.
I was not impressed with the food or the service.
At the entrance, the woman was rude, nervous, and shouting loudly. The waitress works very fast, and after I filled a plate with fruit and placed it on the table, I went to get some cookies. When I came back a minute later, I saw that she had taken my plate, thrown everything in the trash, and wiped the table with a cloth.
I was confused…
But then she said she thought I had left, even though no one had brought me the bill yet.
The only thing I liked here was the price for lunch — $12 without drinks.
The food selection is small, but you can choose something for yourself. There are even three kinds of soup.
Half of the food is cold, they also don’t know how to cook fish well here, but if you season it yourself and add spices and lemon, it’s acceptable.
Unfortunately, there is no ice cream, but there are fruits, jelly, and cookies for dessert.
You can come here with the whole family because there are round tables in the center of the hall.
I didn’t like that the restroom is dirty and the faucet for washing hands works poorly.

Usually the green beans at China One are the absolute best. One reason i like to eat there. Today they were nothing but mush. The peel and eat shrimp was very tough. And the shrimp with lobster sauce were mushy. The waitress never looked at us just picked up our plates. The owner didn’t even ask when we checked out” how was it.” The price goes up in the quality comes down! Food they mention on the menu doesn’t come on the buffet you have to order it separately.

Went here on 12/17 around 1300 for lunch and was again not disappointed. The service is always friendly, they refill your drinks for you, it’s a buffet style, chinese mixed with American and salad bar, all of which are very good and very price savvy, good if you’re looking to not spend a lot but get plenty of food for your buck as long as you eat in, I have no experience on the takeout part but the food quality would still be the same as you retrieve it from the same buffet. Would recommend this as a local hot spot if you’re in the mood for Chinese food.

Haven’t been to this place in over 10 plus years. Decided to give it a try. (Worst decision ever.) I should have gotten pictures but was trying to hold my food down from how dirty the place was. The walls had dead bugs and old food the light fixture above the table was so dirty. I had already made up my mind to never go back but decided at check out to mention it to the lady in the front so they had a chance to fix it. Her response was that the building was old and that the stains on the wall wouldn’t come off because she has 18/19yr olds working there and they don’t clean properly. She then proceeded to say again the walls are just like that I told her no ma’am that stuff is fresh and will wipe away. I can only imagine how the kitchen is the food was also disgusting.(cold/over cooked/reheated)

Very poor I recently dined at this restaurant and was deeply disappointed by the overall experience. The service was painfully slow, with staff seeming uninterested and inattentive to customers’ needs. To make matters worse, the host was rude and clearly more focused on upselling than ensuring guests were comfortable. Every request felt like an inconvenience, and the atmosphere quickly turned unpleasant. I left feeling that the place cares more about squeezing money out of diners than offering genuine hospitality.

So, this was my first impression and time to go to this particular restaurant. The lady that was working the front was an older lady. She looked at me when I walked in and was very rude. I asked a couple of questions, and she seemed annoyed. I ordered my food and when I got it, it wasn’t what I ordered. Maybe a bad day, but none the less, it wasn’t a good feel. This spot is the worst Chinese Buffet I’ve ever been in. Most of the food is saggy or dry and cold. I got my favorite hot and sour soup, but this one tasted funky and too sour. Aside from that, the waiter never came for refills and we had so many plates stacked around the table. I had to get up to the soda machine and ask for a refill, and they responded madly to just leave the cup there and I had to return to get the drink. They gave me the wrong drink even though I said what drink I had. I tell everyone to don’t go there and explain everything that happened. I always hate to give a bad review but when its no good.. its jst no good… The service sucked… the food was jst as bad… We had went there for my nephew’s bday dinner (thats where he wntd to go) to strt off they wouldn’t let us move the tables 2gether (there were 10 of us) also there wasn’t but a couple other people in there anyway so its not like we were asking to disrupt a restaurant full of people.. the lady that checks you out when your done is not a very pleasant person which already added insult to injury (for them) … Ifn yall decide to go here… (maybe ifn yall go after 5pm as we were there @ 3pm) yall mite have better luck…

This place was practically deserted so that should have been my first sign. The food was mushy/slimy. But what really got me to leave a crappy review is the lady at the front acted in such a rude way. I get we all have bad days but I definitely won’t be going back and will always warn people away from this place from here on out. I told the lady she doesn’t need to be at the front with such bad customer service and attitude. All I asked for was a styrofoam cup to take my drink and she got real rude. And she charged my brother that’s 11 as an adult and $50 tab we weren’t there for more than 15 mins. Not worth the bad attitude or money.
