My partner and I were in the mood to try a new Indian spot with a North Indian touch and discovered Bombay Flames
The ambience was warm and inviting with plenty of seating. Service was great—relaxed and unhurried, probably because it wasn’t too crowded.
We ordered butter chicken (hands down one of the best I’ve had in the USA ), followed by malai kofta, which was absolutely delicious. Paired it with naan, rice, and complimentary papad—perfect combo!
They also serve Indian beers, nicely chilled , which was a nice bonus.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend checking this place out!

We ordered the C.V.C.T. (Crispy Vegetable Corn T…), but it did not contain any vegetables as described on the menu. That was disappointing.
We also ordered paneer tikka. It looked amazing when it arrived, but it was served without green chutney, which is usually an essential accompaniment for this dish.
The onion pakoras were very hard — we had to bite forcefully just to break them. They seemed overcooked or possibly reheated, as they tasted like they had been microwaved before serving. Because of this, we couldn’t really enjoy them.
Overall, the food did not meet expectations. Based on the name “Bombay Flames,” we expected authentic Mumbai or North Indian flavors, but the taste was not close to that standard.

Fantastic food even at the new location they adopted, I’ve been going here for years and years. The quality has never once dropped, only improved. The naan was absolutely fantastic with the minced garlic, sliced peppers. The chicken madras was full of robust flavors, tender chicken, slightly spicy just how I was hoping it would taste. 11/10 restaurant highly recommend if you’re in the John’s creek area or in Georgia in general!

Loved the atmosphere and the service was quick. The lentil soup wasn’t as expected it tasted weird more like onions than lentil, food in general was good but I hate how they only gave us one white rice for three different meals. And there samosa is over priced! 2 plates of samosas and three lentil soups with 2 naan orders were almost more expensive than 5 different meals! They also add 20% tip

Bombay flames setup is simply superb, like the atmosphere and vibe in there. Serves alcohol and liquor on house and decent outdoor seating. Panner kabab was excellent and Chicken Biryani was not upto my expectations, Chicken was not tender enough. Will definitely try once againal and update back on my review.

My favorite Indian restaurant, and believe me, I’ve lived in London, DC, and other cities, but this is the best easy Indian takeout. Just be careful and order mild spice, because the spice is real. Definitely have to get the butter naan and aloo gobhi masala and other veggie dishes. Super quiet restaurant, always reliable service. Keep up the great dishes

We came in at 5pm Christmas Eve, and ordered the Non Vegetable Sampler, Butter Chicken, Palak Paneer, Keema Naan. We ordered level 4 since my husband and I like spicy food. It was great, but I would cut back to level 3 next time. The food was beautifully plated and delicious, and the Butter Chicken was especially decadent and my favorite. The waiter was timely and excellent, filling our water glasses before they were empty. I loved that the restaurant had relaxed ambience something that is rare these days. The lighting soft, classical music playing with sophisticated decor, and comfortable seating contributing to this wonderful experience. We will be back more often, I love the new location being closer to home, and openness in the dining area.
Need to have a conversation with owners.

My first time having Indian food, it was so tasty and rich in flavor.the staff was very friendly and kept checking to see if you needed anything. Thank you for recommending what dishes to try first time out. Truly appreciated the experience. Would recommend to anyone. Only thing I didn’t like it was lunch time but I got charged for dinner menu. Either way it was good food. And I had leftovers.

In first impression ambience looked good . Nice set up. But the moment someone ordered sizzlers, everyone inside was coughing and staff didn’t bother to do anything unless I told them to do something. Their response, Sir it’s sizzler what Can we do and then they opened a door on the request to let fresh air in.
Food was below average. Chicken Tikka Masala was sweet. Biryani was not even looking like Biryani. Chicken 65 was dry.
Condiments were so less that you can’t even eat half the biryani.
The worst part of this restaurant is staff.
Staff/Owner very rude foul mouthed, not ready to take any feedback. They feel that they have done a huge favor by opening this restaurant. Their approach, If you don’t like the restaurant don’t come but the don’t want any feedback.
Final word- This place is not worth a try.

Still licking my lips from my first takeout from Bombay Flame – but WOW! All key aspects nailed: A delicious, creamy Tikka Masala with the perfect heat added to a Biryani with the most tender lamb that had zero fat content that you find in other restaurants. When so many other restaurants disappoint this one is a keeper!
