I’m so disappointed. I was really in the mood for real sushi, but I got this sad display of leftovers they were trying to save from going bad. Edamame was not fresh, and a few were rotten. There was literally no crispy rice on anything either. The rolls were pathetic, I’ve seen better craftsmanship from toddlers, and they were all falling apart. I also ordered the spicy tuna avocado roll, and they came to me with no fish. It was just avocado, and rice rolled up. They also give you a mountanous scoop of flavorless horseradish instead of wasabi. If the idea was to save money, they could cut the packaging and spend it on training and better cuts of fish. I couldn’t eat this. Save yourself the money, get some real food, and let this place go out of business.

Would have given 3 or 4 stars but I want to balance out all the hate reviews. I think the one star reviews are being a bit dramatic. The food was good, the packaging was great, the price sucked, the ginger was amazing.
Got a big bento krunch box of stuff to split with my boyfriend. Sushi rolls all tasted great, edamame was great too. Loved the handrolls. Krispy Rice things did taste oily but still enjoyable. Came with soy sauce, Wasabi, and packet of ginger in sweet vinegar. We used one packet on the sushi but the other I ate straight it ws so good.
As a graphic designer, the packaging was AMAZING. Adorable. The colors and style are playful and modern and really enhanced the experience with opening such high quality bag, box and even chopstick sleeves!
Price, however, hurt. As a date night it can be justified spending $50 on some sushi delivery, but NOT something I would get for a regular weekday dinner unless I wanna break the bank. Definitely good for a late night sushi date though!

I’d give this place no stars, but for the sake of warning others, 1 star will have to suffice.
Ordered this from uber eats and absolutely terrible. It came in such cute boxes too. Food was much smaller than regular sushi and overall tasted terrible.
They messed up 2 orders, all looked like they were wrapped by someone with no knowledge of sushi wrapping, and food looked inedible.
The fried rice wasn’t crunchy… it was soggy (I’m sure since it was delivered, it wouldn’t be) and was incredibly salty. I took a bite of each and they were bland and made me feel like I might get sick from eating anymore.
Stay clear of this place.
Also, they’re a TGI Fridays affiliate since the tape on the boxes and delivery bag were from TGI Fridays. Absolutely appalling that they’d serve something this terrible to people.
P.S. my boyfriend tried some and said it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. So there’s that too.
We also took a look at their page on uber eats and you cannot see their ratings or any reviews so I guess they turned it off knowing how many complaints they were getting. So I hope this reaches someone before it’s too late.

We love the packaging design—well done on that! However, the compartment for chopsticks, sauce, and ginger was empty, which was disappointing and frustrating. We’ve been to other Krispy Rice locations where the rice wasn’t soggy, so we hope the team will rework the service and ensure proper training moving forward.
Additionally, there were no options to request spicy mayo or other additional sauces, which was surprising. It seems there’s still much work to be done, and perhaps ordering online versus in-person leads to different experiences.

This place should shut down. Rice was so gummy that it became one solid block of white when you bit into it. Never fried and definitely not crispy. The sushi is small, tastes and smells horrible, worse than gas station sushi. Threw it out after I wasted $60 there. I’m eating a Costco tamale for dinner now. Horrible.

This has to be a joke, right? Given to my Uber eats driver in a tall bag so it was stored vertically and all fell into a messy pile and congealed together. The rice was not even toasty and that’s supposed to be your whole schtick. There was MAYBE a flame in the room adjacent to my sushi at some point during the week, but definitely not on my rice. Also, the pictures online show there are supposed to be dividers in the box maybe to prevent this situation, but those were nowhere to be found. Absolutely embarassing. My second time ordering (my first time was as expected, this time a nightmare). My last time getting food here. Ice cold, not toasted, congealed clump of a mess.

The food was literally DISGUSTING. I ordered the Philly R8, it was supposed to have cream cheese but it didn’t even have a tiny bit. The food was cold and for delivered badly.
The picture I added was how the food was delivered
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RUNNNNNNNN!

so ugly。 The shrimps were a bit dark when fried. It looked like they didn’t replace the oil in their frying pan for more than 4day The color of the food doesn’t look fresh either this is now sushi。

Very bad quality. Rice was falling apart from the roll and it was just mushy and sticky. Same the “crispy rice” with avocado. Not crispy at all bad quality. Spending 30$ for this ….never ordering again

These TikTok people are lying!!! This was worse than the fish paste we feed our cat and ended up in the trash. everything was falling apart, I would’ve needed a spoon if I were to eat it.
