We live just minutes from this location so we frequent it for a snack somewhat often. After several errors (mainly with ice cream and soda add-ons) in the last 2 months and the lack of positive interaction from the car hops almost every time, I decided to leave a review. There’s been almost 20$ worth of add ons that we didn’t receive in instances like tonight where I ordered extra and didn’t even get the normal amount on top and nothing else but vanilla ice cream. Nothing blended. This is just ridiculous.

Ordered 3 blasts and the were rotten. The ice cream tastes and smells like rotten milk. I’ve never been served spoiled ice cream. Disgusted and aggravated after spending so much. Didn’t taste it till I got home.

This is absolutely horrible place to eat. We ordered a combo at this location and received a burned sandwich! I am pretty sure the worker seen how burnt it was and still slapped an chicken patty on it and said to the other worker, here they’ll never come back for another… this is upsetting especially after paying $20 worth of food and couldn’t enjoy it because the quality of food. Might I add on July 9th 2024 I purchased another meal, fries burnt and disgusting. This place need a new manager and staff

This is my usual go-to as it is not too far from my house and very convenient to stop here on the way home. The place usually gets the order correct and the food is typically fresh and hot most of the time. Slight issues every now and then but all fixable. Young crew, school-age but very polite.
