This place is my go-to spot. I’ve eaten here at least 50 times over the years, so I feel confident giving an honest and informed review. There aren’t many things on the menu I haven’t tried at least once, and I can say without hesitation—I’ve never walked away disappointed.
The food here is consistently excellent, but what truly sets this restaurant apart is that the service is every bit as good as the food. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The atmosphere has a welcoming, lived-in charm that makes you feel like more than just a customer. From the cheerful greetings at the door to the sound of Marco Antonio Solís flowing softly from the kitchen, it has the feeling of a neighborhood favorite that’s been here forever.
There’s nothing flashy or forced—they’re not trying to be trendy or modern, just authentic. This morning I ordered the Chilaquiles con Bistek with a cold Horchata. The chilaquiles were exactly as they should be: perfectly balanced, flavorful, and comforting.

It’s a hole in the wall. The best kind of restaurant. I am a big boy, and I could not finish my fajitas. And they are TASTY. I think this may be my new favorite place. I didn’t realize they have a bar. The margarita I had was strong and not overly sweet, exactly how God meant them to be. I am overjoyed to have found this place. My server was friendly and prompt. I can’t find a bad thing about this place. It’s not the mansion on Turtle creek, but it’s stellar.

Ordered their lunch special burritos, chicken was really dry to my surprise, these looked like rolled up tacos , no garnish , just chicken and tortillas. Beans were bland and dry rice was okay mid. Idk if I can come back here.

Someone recommended this place to my wife and I. We gave it a shot and it was excellent! Food was delicious, reasonable prices, clean environment, and friendly staff. I was completely happy with my experience. The sopapillas were top notch. My wife and I can’t wait to go back and try other food! Highly recommend this spot.

I ordered the carne asada tacos with beans and rice and are really good. Boss lady had the Chile relleños, which she said were the best she’s had. The chips were just fine, but the salsa was spicy and delicious. We’ll be coming back for mas!
