This location! No one ahead of me & I’m waiting almost 10 minutes without ANYONE coming to the window to even say….it will be a minute?!? Then, no ‘hey sorry for the wait’ . NOTHING?!? But here’s the thing….its Every. Single. Time!!! The 1st time I went through the drive through, the girl asked me if I want my change?!? Now, I’ve been in this industry longer than I care to admit. And NEVER! NERVER! Have I EVER! asked for a tip! I usually only get a coffee. My coffee was $3 + change. I gave her a $5. And she asked if I wanted my change?!? WTH? That took me aback to say the least. I ask you….why is it I can go to the Harrison location, a Kentucky location and actually many others….and not only are they fast and accurate but kind and courteous? Yet every single time I go to this location there is an issue? Every single time?!? The wait time is off the hook. I’m just done. Never again! I can go on, but I think I made my point . I’ll go out of my way for better service & attitudes. And it’s the closest to my mom’s….but I’m just done.

Am I the only one that has the lid come off my super hot coffee when trying to drink it on the way to work and have to go home and change?? This isn’t a one time thing. I’d say 50 percent of the time I get a lid that leaks or completely comes off.
Upon further inspection, the cups are creased or bent either from storage or the employees putting the lid on….

This location is close to me but because of the poor service and consistency of the product, we go to the Colerain at cross country location, so much better! Yesterday the coffee tag on the cup was correct but not what was in it, no sugar at all and the sandwich looked like they stepped on it, look at the pic. I didn’t complain, it doesn’t help and this happens consistently to us.

I’ve gotten used to my coffee being made different every time I go. I’ve gotten used to the revolving staff and every time I say my order they act like it’s their first day on the job. I’m willing to accept you have shootings in your parking lot even. However…. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU ARE CASH ONLY?!?!? YOU JUST REMODELED!! WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE WRONG!?!?

I swear every time I come here they are always messing up my order, just like this morning and when I went in to have it corrected the manger or manager on duty couldn’t even look at me to ask what was wrong with it, instead she kept her back turned to where I had to talk louder than normal to explain. It took another worker (she was nice) to add what was missing in my drink, it still wasn’t correct but it is what it is at this point. I won’t be going back to that location, or if I do I will be tasting my drink before I leave the drive thru.

Sara and her team are absolutely top notch. They always are happy to greet me when I get there, they make sure that my online order is ready even if they are getting swamped. Customer focus is a priority for them and I visit this location at least 4 times a week for that reason.

This location: some staff members would rush you away. Please don’t do that. We are not still here because we love the company. We need a few seconds to inspect the order and put stuff away.
Dunkin donuts in general: I only have one issue and it’s not related to this the breakfast sandwiches are tasty but they are too large and have too many calories. I love greasy tasty food and it’s just bad for us.
