I had a pretty disappointing experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill on Concord Parkway recently. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed… which was especially frustrating because I was literally the only person in line at the time! Instead of taking a moment to be welcoming or helpful, the staff moved quickly and seemed impatient, and when I asked a couple of questions about toppings, the responses felt short and unfriendly.
What really bothered me was the portion size compared to the price. I paid what I’d expect for a full, satisfying meal, but the bowl I received looked half filled, with noticeably less protein than usual. By the time I sat down to eat, I already felt annoyed, and unfortunately the food didn’t make up for it… it was just okay, nothing special.
Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied, still a little hungry, and like the experience definitely didn’t match what I paid. The customer service and value just weren’t there.

The food was ok for what it is. The incredible part is that the place was absolutely filthy even though there were four employees working and there were no other customers besides us. Napkins and other trash all over the floor and of course, sticky tables and a sticky floor. Not a single employee smiled the entire time. One of them was eating behind the counter. So yeah, not exactly somewhere I want to return to.

We came here for the Moe Monday deal. We were unfamiliar with what it entailed, so we asked the employee. She proceeded to make our food and then charged us full price and told us after the fact that what we ordered wasn’t included in the deal. That’s why we asked and why did you tell us wrong? We didn’t want to argue so we paid full price and left. Even the cashier, who heard the whole thing, was confused but did as they were told. Even the food was mediocre, at best. What a waste. At least we remembered why we don’t eat here. Go to a different location if you must have Moe’s.

Horrible service. I ordered through Uber Eats. Moe’s left out my drink and my cup of queso. Driver should have checked receipt for drink, before leaving store. And store staff should have made sure driver had drink. But, bag was sealed and all food items supposed to be in bag. Leaving out my cup of queso is on Moe’s staff, not driver. Ticket clearly states items were ordered..

First time trying moes I came in the restaurant was empty only a Cople a head of me. I order 3 tacos. In the online menu for the one in concord show they have chicken tikka. And chicken rings. Barbacoa. And they did not have any of those the Employe look at me like I was order something out of this world. I order the tacos and they was so skinny lil meat and. Super expensive. That was incredible. I don’t mind pay but. What I got lookslike a sampler I’m super upset It’s not worth it Eat there !

I used to come here when I was younger and haven’t been in years. I decided to take my kid and the atmosphere was so sad that I almost felt bad for the people who were not very excited to work here. The food was still yummy, even though my burrito fell apart in one bite. I talked it up how when you walk in they say “welcome to Moe’s!” But when we walked in, every single person who said it sounded like a sad mummy. I don’t review much and the food was still delicious. I was just sad about my exciting Wednesday night childhood restaurant not being so exciting anymore for my kid.

We just at here. The one serve was rude and the other one wasn’t paying attention because I had to give my order multiple times. But the bathroom was what awful. The women’s bathroom had a toilet that had over flowed. Instead of cleaning it up, they left the dirty water puddled all in the floor. They put an out of order sign on the door and a wet foot sign on the floor. The roof was falling apart and the wall had a hole in it. The place is just dirty.

The customer service is horrible. When we walked up to the counter the worker named Givonni just starred at us like we were bothering him by being there. The other people working were just complaining about people coming in at 8:30 when they close at 10? Overall unwelcoming atmosphere and no wonder the parking lot is always empty. I hope they will close this place down and put a restaurant with good customer service.

Got my free birthday burrito in a burrito bowl on Moe’s Monday where it was busy. Got in and out so fast and everyone was super friendly. Clean restaurant. Great food. SO much food for the price! Delicious fresh ingredients are always used. The Chipotle sauce is amazing. Always free chips and housemade salsa with every order.
