Went through the drive thru during dinner time. I ordered two- two piece meals with a leg and breast. Employee was very friendly. When I arrived home and opened the meal I was surprised to find shriveled up chicken. A breast and what could only be described as a wing from tiny Tim. The wing had no meat and the breast was dry. The biscuit was hard as a rock. Very disappointed.

The food service was bad .. the chicken was out of time, very salty and cold it looked like a board, I prefer to go to a place where they serve fresh chicken because apart from the fact that you are paying for something good they treat you badly and the food is very bad … if you want to eat salt I recommend eating here

I keep trying KFC and keep getting the worst experience every time. Missing multiple paid for items, the manager says they will send a coupon to replace missed items and the never do, this has happened 3 times now. I don’t know if I can trust them anymore and they shuffle you out before you can even check your food. The food is good, when you get what you paid for.

The young men that was working tonight was fantastic!! We dined in and theybwas having a great time while no approaching customers were at the counter. But as soon as patrons walked in to order they had their game face on and was ready to please!! It was nice to see young kids working and having a good time and still providing good customer service

Very good service. I pre ordered my meal and they had it ready asoon as possible. The Atmosphere was excellent in my opinion. And the food was properly cooked and handled and very delightful. I love this restaurant I would come here again.

The overall ambiance gives off an abandoned and unkempt vibe. The drink area was messy, with spills scattered around, and the trash bin was overflowing, creating an unpleasant sight. Self-service areas, like the drink station and garbage disposal, were noticeably neglected, which was surprising considering the relatively low customer traffic. Despite the store having only a few customers, there seemed to be ample time for staff to maintain cleanliness and organization. I hope that this constructive criticism contributes to improving the organization and cleanliness of the place, thus maintaining the quality in terms of food, service, and attention that every customer deserves. The gastronomic experience was positive in terms of taste, and I believe that a cleaner and more organized environment would further enhance customer satisfaction. I appreciate the attention of the staff, and I trust that these aspects can be addressed to provide an even more gratifying experience for visitors.

Went through drive thru and was told to park up front as they were waiting for fresh fries. Over 10 mins later, still waiting as I watch the workers dance around having fun. I finally had to go inside which I didn’t want to do hence the drive through and the had no clue what I order.
They finally found my order under the “warmer” and claimed it was “fresh” still. I will never order from here again. Horrible service

The workers made sure that my food was fresh…this is a completely different experience I had last time I visited this KFC. Kidos…hopefully they continue with making the food fresh rather than handing out old and dry chicken.

Oredered pickup from the app, and my chicken was ready to go as soon as they promised it would be. The bag was sealed for safety, and correct. The employee who directed me to the food was very professional and friendly.

This place has the worst customer service. Please inform customers if you are out of something. To the manager, please don’t lie and blame your employees. You should be well aware of what items you have in stock and not. Take out or delivery, beware, your order may not be accurate. No sorry or can I get you something else, etc. Never eating at KFC after this experience.
